HQT zoekt een service manager!!Voor een groot internationaal bedrijf in hetZuiden van het land zijn wij op zoek naarservice manager met leidinggevende capaciteiten en commercieel inzicht.
Service ManagerMission : Lead and grow service Business in a profitable way by providing the market with a first class service offer
Strategy : Determine within the European Service strategy the after sales service business plan and objectives of the country including her owned service and independent service network. Develop Strategy for future Gowth based on customer profiles and external drivers (e.g. legislation) Maintain and develop presence in the country through an effective coverage of the territory by an adequate Service organization
Execution : Execute plan and meet targets in sales, margins, efficiency etc. Coach the service sales and technical supervisors.
Service ManagerService organization : In line with the European Service Management, deploy service programs aiming at delivering desired service which will attract/retain customers. Set objectives and monitor the performance of their owned service branches and independent Service network. Audit, maintain or cancel contracts with independent service nertwork( dealers, distributors) based on their performance versus own Standards
Parts sales : Plan parts sales and monitor/follow up the parts' sales performance of the dedicated team. Set clear measurable targets for the organisation.
Resources Management : Plan, request and provide human resources and technical support to the owned/independent service organization in order to meet plan objectives.
Service Manager.Service competencies : Lead, develop, train and coach the service teams so that a consistent approach is taken based on European HVAC sales strategy ( technical and non technical skills ).
Productivity : Manage the cost of service and generate productivity through effective management of human and non human assets. Understand and take responsibility for Service P&L. Develop and roll out action plans to mitigate sales and GM gaps
Marketing : Liaise with local and BU Marketing on market needs (service products etc) and provide market data ( competition, environment etc) to local and BU's Marketing
Coordination with sales team : Coordinate actions/programs with CMS sales management in order to ensure consistency in dealing with customers

marketing • 10 years in equipment sales/service position or
