Twickenham is in the London borough of Richmond-upon-Thames. It has plenty of shops, bars and

Course:

The Course o study youhave applied or on yourApplication Form oered bythe Supplier School.

The language centres atvarious locations identifedin the Price List.

Price List:

The document entitled'Price List' whichincorporates theApplication Form and theseterms and conditions andwhich is also downloadablerom the Website andwhich shall be considered toorm an integral part o this

RelevantAccount:

The Supplier School's bankaccount identifed in thePrice List.

Start Date:The frst day o the Courseor which you are applying.

Supplier School:

The LAL Language Centre inthe location where you wishto study identifed in thePrice List.

You/Your:The applicant or a Courseat the Supplier School.

2. AccommodationLAL Language Centres will advise you on avariety o accommodation options. You shouldbook accommodation or the Start Date untilthe day beore your Departure Date unless youare inormed to the contrary by the SupplierSchool. Accommodation arrangements areyour responsibility unless you indicate that youwish to book accommodation with the SupplierSchool on your Application Form.

3. AgreementThis Agreement shall be legally bindingbetween you and the Supplier School once

the Supplier School has received a completedApplication Form rom you, whether by e-mailor otherwise, and has confrmed your placeby sending you a Confrmation Form. ThisAgreement and any dispute or claim arising outo or in connection with it or its validity or itssubject matter or ormation is governed by andconstrued and interpreted in accordance withthe laws o the legal jurisdiction in which theSupplier School is situated.

4. CancellationsYou may cancel your booking provided youdo so by written notice to the Supplier School,which it must receive not less than 14 days

beore the Start Date. In such an event, anyees you have paid will be reunded except orregistration ees and one weeks tuition and(where applicable) accommodation ees (suchees being specifed in the Price List). I youcancel your booking less than 14 days beorethe Start Date, any reunds are entirely at theSupplier School General Managers discretion.A ull reund o all ees paid (less deliverycharges) will be made in the event o visareusal provided you send written notice to theSupplier School and documentary evidence osuch reusal. I a Course is terminated ater theStart Date, or i you ail to present yoursel at

the school on the Start Date without havingpreviously cancelled your Course, no reunds willbe given on tuition and accommodation.

5. Changes and AmendmentsOnce you have started a Course, no changesmay be made to it other than by writtenagreement rom the Supplier School. I theSupplier School opts to approve a change, theadditional charge which is specifed in the PriceList will be incurred by you.

6. ConductYou are expected to behave in a courteous

manner and to respect ellow students and staat the Supplier School. The illegal use o drugs,alcohol abuse and inconsiderate behaviour is

unacceptable as is any ailure by you to abideby the law and custom o the Supplier Schoolslocation. The Supplier School reserves the rightto withhold Courses and accommodation romany student who ails to meet such standardsand to terminate any Course or part thereowithout reund in appropriate circumstances.

7. CoursesStart Dates are detailed in the Price List. In theevent o an insufcient number o studentsbooking or a particular Course, the SupplierSchool reserves the right to cancel the Courseor provide you with an alternative Coursewhich the Supplier School, in its sole discretion,considers suitable.

8. Competency LevelsCourses are oered at fve levels o languagelearning: Elementary/ Pre-intermediate/Intermediate/Upper Intermediate andAdvanced. Other teaching levels may beavailable by arrangement.

9. Certication & AttendanceYou must attend a minimum o 80% o lessonsscheduled or the Course in order to receivea certifcate o attendance at its conclusion.Students whose attendance alls below this level

may be asked to leave the programme. Studentswho require visas who all below the requiredattendance level will always be reported to theappropriate government immigration authority.

10. DescriptionsThe Supplier School honestly believes that allstatements made in promotional material areactual and correct. Every reasonable eorthas been made to ensure such accuracy. TheSupplier School is not responsible or anychanges that become known ater promotionalmaterial is produced (up to date inormationcan be ound on the Website). The Supplier

School will advise you o any material changeswhich become known to it prior to the StartDate.

11. ExpulsionCommitting a criminal oence, insufcientattendance, the provision o alse inormation inyour Application Form, in correspondence anddealings with the Supplier School prior to theStart Date or on enrolment, disorderly, drunken,aggressive or threatening behaviour or anyother actions which could bring the SupplierSchool or LAL Language Centres into disreputemay result in expulsion rom the Supplier Schoolwithout reund. The Supplier School will endeavour to provideyou with the Course and service you book.However, we do not take responsibility ordisruptions to the Course and arrangements
