These next modules for a day trip will mainly

take you to the region o Mechelen where

you can visit the beautiul Ursuline convent

with its exclusive Art Nouveau winter garden

combined with a visit to the city center.

Mechelen will hold an exhibition on artists

during the WWI period in the autumn o

2014. The new museum o Human Rights

and Holocaust is also an interesting yet

poignant addition to your trip. Another

option is to go a little urther and discover

the Railway Fort in Duel which holds an

interactive exhibition on WWI or a visit to

the town o martyrs, Lier with an guided

walk-application.
