This dropdown shows all countries, for the UI specifications see “Nieuwe Opdracht – Countries & currencies” By default this dropdown is disabled it gets enabled when a user presses on a key when the focus is in field Beneficiary accountnumer (3) OR when a beneficiary is chosen from the “Woordwiel”

“Toevoegen aan adresboek” if this is checked, the details of this payment (apart from “Bedrag” “Van” “Periode” “Uitvoerdatum” “Einddatum” and “Betalingskenmerk acceptgiro”) are saved to the addressbook. If there already is an address listing for this beneficiary it is changed/update to what is filled in on this payment

“Omschrijving” As soon as the user enters any value in this field the field “Betalingskenmerk Acceptgiro” is disabled

“Betalingskenmerk Acceptgiro” As soon as the user enters a numeric value in this field, the field “Omschrijving” is disabled. This field only accepts numeric input and after 4 digits it automatically ‘tabs’ to the next one

“Periode” this displays the different periodic options for a payment, if a user chooses anything but “Eenmalig” the field “Einddatum” is shown. For UI specifications see page “Nieuwe Opdracht - Periodicity”

Spoed checkbox; allows users to make a spoed payment. In case of a future dated, or periodic payment it is hidden. For UI Specifications of this see page “Nieuwe Opdracht - Periodicity”

Saves the payment to the sendlist and returns this screen again blank

The “Van Rekening” dropdown shows all accounts a user has access to that a user can make a payment from.

When a user chooses an account with a different default currency, in this case USD, the “Bedrag” Currency dropdown takes this value

The user chooses an account which allows for a payment in a different currency with the default currency of EUR

The Currency dropdown is enabled with EUR as value

The Currency dropdown default shows the 10 most used currencies and an option “… Alle valuta tonen” and is sorted on currency code.

When a user chooses “… Alle valuta tonen” all currencies are shown and sorted on currency code

When a user types a long number (more than 9 characters) the “Bedrag” field automatically gets longer. This field only allows numeric input

When the user leaves the field, the formatting of the field is done automatically depending on the currency. If the user entered a number with one dot (eg. 123.23) the dot is converted to a comma. If the currency allows for decimals, they are shown (eg. € 10 becomes € 10,00) Also delimiters (.) are shown

By default the “Vestigingsland bank” field is shown disabled with the value “Nederland’

When a user starts typing in the “Naar rekeningnummer / IBAN” field The field “Vestigingsland bank” is enabled

When the user entered enough letters for an IBAN, the field “Vestigingsland bank” shows the corresponding country of those letters (eg. After typing DE, Duitsland is shown)

When a user starts typing in the “Naar rekeningnummer / IBAN” field The field “Vestigingsland bank” is enabled

In the dropdownlist of the countries shows the most used countries sorted on alphabet

When a user manually has selected a country from the country dropdown list, the country dropdown will not change automatically when typing in an IBAN

At the bottom of the choices in the country dropdown field, the option “… Alle landen tonen” is shown.

When a user clicks on “… Alle landen tonen” (5) All available countries are shown. There is no way to undo this

When the user has focus in the field “Vestigingsland Bank” the dropdown will respond to keypress; when a button is pushed the dropdown switches to the first option that starts with that letter. (E.g Pressing the letter ‘E’ sets the dropdown to “Equador”

When the user start typing in the “Naar rekeningnummer / IBAN” field, the adressboek items that contain what is typed are highlighted

The adressbook items are shown as Accountnumber, Beneficiary Name, Shortname. If the Beneficiary name and Shortname are more than one column a new row is added.

When the user has chosen an adressbook item, the ‘woordwiel’ is closed and the account and name fields (and all other fields that are stored in the adressbook) are filled.

This screen displays the submitted transactions that are not yet signed. The screen is divided in tables based on catagories. This table only shows the payments that a user wants to modify

This table only shows the payments that the user initiated

When the process date of a payment is before the date of today (when for instance the user submitted a payment a week earlier and never signed it. The date automatically gets corrected, also a message is shown to inform the user about this.

Payments that are to be deleted or modified can be viewed. Deleting or modifying can be undone by chosing “Verwijderen”

Payments that are initiated can be edited and this can also be undone.

When a user checks the “Alle opdrachten selecteren” checkbox. All checkboxes in this screen are checked

This buttons allows the user to add a new address. It links to “Addressbook – Add new”

When a user starts typing in these fields the list of addresses will automatically filter. For UI specs see “Addressbook - Autofilter”

When a user selects a different country here, the list of addresses will only display the ones from that country. See “Addressbook - Autofilter” for specs

This will take the user to “Addressbook - Modify” screen to modify the address

This will display a confirmation message and delete the address from the addressbook

When a user starts typing in the field “Naam” the address list automatically filters out the items that don’t match the typed characters. This field matches whole word. E.g typing “E” matches on “Erik” but not on “Laurens”

When typing in “Rekening” field the address list automatically filters out items that don’t match the typed character(s). The field matches on character. E.g typing “2” matches on 21145 and 11211. The fields “Naam” and “Rekening” can be used together to get a more specific filter

The “Land” dropdown box only shows countries from addressbook items. When a user selects a country the list automatically filters out the items that don’t match the country

When a user entered a filter that yields no results a message is shown
