Arthro-MRI: hogere sensit/specific, “lastiger” voor patiënt
Arthro-CT:
o hoge sensit/specif (niet voor scheuren aan bursale zijde)o geen info over botoedeemo geen info over tendinose/bursa. o voorkeursonderzoek bij Bankart-letsel

Arthro-MRI: meest sensitief en specifiek
Info over cuff, labrum, kraakbeen, bursa, bot
Eerste investigatie schouderpijn => echo + RX !
Investigatie botoedeem, beenmerg, bottumor => MRI (met of zonder IV contrast), voor bottumor eveneens CT.
Contra-indicaties arthro-MRI => arthro-CT
Bankart lesie => arthro-CT
