•Submit application in Studielink*

•Upload documents to Osiris Application

• Passport

• Diploma

• Transcript of grades (latest available)

• Translations thereof (unless English, Dutch, German)

• English language certificate (if applicable – can be

submitted later)

• CV and/or motivation letter (if applicable, not for

Bachelor’s)* Some programmes: contact programme coordinator

• Student applies via Studielink

• Student receives a link to Osiris

• Student uploads documents in Osiris

• Application is checked by Admission Office

• Application is assessed by Board of Examiners

• Admission decision is communicated to applicant

• Admitted student fills out the acceptance form

• Non-EEA student start visa procedure

• Student submits enrolment documents

ADMISSION & ENROLMENT PROCES

• Starts in May after the admission of the student

• Online application

• Radboud University applies on behalf of the student

• Procedure takes approximately 6 weeks

• Pick up your VISA documents at the national embassy /
