Noviteiten die wij u niet willen onthouden, vandaar deze krant! Onze catalogus vol ambiance blijft natuurlijk. Het supplement presenteren we alweer in januari. De krant mag u voortaan verwachten in het voor- en najaar. Tussentijdse tips over noviteiten en trends in hospitality meubilair. Trends die bij Satelliet overigens altijd gefilterd worden op duurzaamheid en praktisch gebruik. Zodat zij 100% geschikt zijn voor al onze klanten uit de professionele hospitality.

Which is why we’ve produced this paper:To share the news of new products and trends in the hospitality industry published every spring and autumn. Of course our catalogue filled with ambiance remains and we present the new supplement in January. We will focus on sustainability and it’s application for a perfect fit into the hospitality environment.

Theorie en praktijk worden in stijl aan elkaar verbonden in Kasteel Bethlehem in Maastricht. Deze fantastische locatie van de Hoge Hotelschool Maastricht wordt momenteel in samenwerking met toonaangevende Nederlandse architecten totaal opnieuw ingericht.

Theory and practice match in style at Castle Bethlehem in Maastricht. This fantastic location of the Hotel Management School Maastricht will be completely restyled as a teaching hotel by prominent Dutch architects and furnished by Satelliet in a dynamic way. Maastricht becomes our fourth showroom.

Het meubilair in het complete hotel wordt verzorgd door Satelliet. Naast een groot operationeel leslokaal zou je Maastricht ook kunnen zien als de vierde showroom van Satelliet Meubelen.

Design Challenge voor hospitality

De Satelliet Design Challenge biedt jonge, innovatieve designers een unieke kans om een totaal vernieuwend interieurconcept voor de drankverstrekkende horeca te ontwerpen. Het lustrum dat wij dit jaar vieren is aanleiding om vele verrassende ideeën achter de winnende concepten van de afgelopen 5 jaar voor u op een rijtje te zetten!

The Satelliet Design Challenge offers young, innovative designers a unique opportunity to design a totally new interior concept for the hospitality business. This year we celebrate the Challenge’s fifth anniversary.

Er was al een Satelliet Design Challenge, de jaarlijkse wedstrijd voor jong ontwerptalent. Daar is nu een unieke

samenwerking bijgekomen met de Design Academy in Eindhoven. Ook is een permanente samenwerking opgestart

met het Teaching Hotel in Maastricht. Onderwijs en praktijk in Hospitality komen samen bij Satelliet Meubelen.

The Satelliet Design Challenge has become a popular annual competition for young design talent. Recently we

have added a unique cooperation with the Design Academy in Eindhoven and a permanent collaboration with

the Teaching Hotel Maastricht. All bringing education and experience together at Satelliet Meubelen.

Heerlijk om frank en vrij het ontwerpproces van een stoel in te stappen. Onlangs bezochten wij met 25 studenten van de Design Academy Eindhoven een aantal van onze fabrieken in Italië. Het proces van boomstam tot stoel werd stap voor stap gevolgd. Iedere student heeft vervolgens opdracht gekregen een stoel te ontwerpen én te bouwen voor restaurant “de Witte Dame”, hét restaurant van de Design Academy Eindhoven. Eén van de ontwerpen is als winnaar gekozen en zal door Satelliet werkelijk geproduceerd gaan worden.

Recently we visited a number of our factories in Italy with 25 students from the internationally well known Design Academy Eindhoven. They followed the entire process from tree trunk to finished chair. Every student was challenged to design and build a chair, with the winning entry to be manufactured by Satelliet.
