Coravin Op de volgende pagina's vindt u onze selectie van wijnen die wij per glas serveren. Voor een aantal van deze wijnen gebruiken wij de Coravin. Dankzij dit apparaat wordt de kurk niet verwijderd. Er wordt een roestvrijstalen naald doorheen gestoken. De ruimte die ontstaat door een bepaalde hoeveelheid wijn uit te schenken, wordt meteen opgevuld door een edelgas genaamd Argon. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de wijn niet met zuurstof in aanraking komt en niet oxideert. De wijn blijft zoals die is! On the next pages you will find our selection of wines which we serve by glass. We use a Coravin for a number of these wines. Thanks to this device, the cork will not be removed. A stainless needle will be inserted in the cork. The space that is being created by pouring out the wine, will be immediately filled by a noble gas called Argon. This ensures the wine does not come in contact with oxygen and does not oxidize. The wine will stay in good health!
