Noordzee Specifieke doelstellingen Innovatie

• Develop knowledge partnerships between businesses, knowledge institutions, public administrations and end users with a view to long-term cooperation (post project) on developing products and services cooperation (post project) on developing products and services

• 1.2 Enhance regional innovation support capacity to increase long-term innovation levels and support smart specialization strategies (RIS)

Overall objective:improve the implementation of policies and programmes for regional development, by promoting exchange of experience and policy learning among actors of regional relevance. (Public sector and Business Intermediates)

• Supporting the shift towards a low-carbon economy in all sectors

Het programma kent 2 types acties:

1. Projecten: Duren 3 tot 5 jaar, vooral tussen Public organisations. Elk project kent een action plan en moet de opbrengsten monitoren.monitoren.

2. Platform: dit is een hulpmiddel om, continue en sneller en beter kennis te delen tussen policymakers. Het Policy learning Platform wordt gerund door de Institute of Prospective Fecnological Studies in Sevilla.

Sterke oriëntatie op andere programma’s zoals Horizon en het RIS platform
