This meeting will be a new opportunity for international clinicians and researchers focused on pancreatic cancer research to review advances in the understanding of this pathology, present and discuss their research. Four main sessions will be organized to highlight the recent discoveries in the fields of pancreatic cancer microenviron- ment, metabolism, cell signaling and importantly pre-clinical and clinical studies. For this first edition of the symposium we have organized an outstanding program with an opening keynote lecture to welcome participants on October 28 th in the late afternoon, followed by additional keynotes and talks given by worldwide recognized experts in their respec- tive fields, during the all-day, two day meeting (October 29-30 th ). In addition to high impact abstracts selected for oral pre- sentations, interactive poster sessions will be organized to encourage international translational collaborations. We look forward to welcoming you for an exceptional meeting to be held in the prestigious location of Palais du Pharo in Marseille. On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is a great pleasure to welcome you to the first Pancreatic
