1. Licences de pilote 1. Vliegvergunningen Une licence délivrée conformément à l’Annexe I OACI en

application de l’A.M. du 21 juin 1979 portant réglementation des licences civiles de pilote d’hélicoptères peut être remplacée par une licence JAR-FCL si le titulaire répond aux conditions suivantes:

Een vliegvergunning uitgereikt overeenkomstig Annex I ICAO bij toepassing van het MB van 21 juni 1979 houdende regeling van de burgerlijke vergunningen van bestuurder van helikopters, kan worden vervangen door een JAR-FCL vergunning indien de houder voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

(a). pour ATPL(H) et CPL(H), présenter une épreuve de compétence conformément aux conditions de revalidation des qualifications de type inscrites sur la licence prévues à l’art. 55 § 2,1° de l’arrêté royal du 21 juin 2004 conformément aux privilèges de la licence; et, le cas échéant, l’épreuve de compétence en vue de la revalidation de la qualification de vol aux instruments

(a). voor ATPL(H) en CPL(H), een bekwaamheidsproef afleggen overeenkomstig de voorwaarden voor de wedergeldigmaking van de op de vergunning ingeschreven typebevoegdverklaringen zoals voorzien in art.55 § 2,1° van het KB van 21 juni 2004 overeenkomstig de voorrechten van de vergunning en, indien van toepassing de bekwaamheidsproef voor de wedergeldigmaking van de bevoegdverklaring voor instrumentvliegen;

(b). (i) pour ATPL(H) et CPL(H), démontrer moyennant une déclaration sur l’honneur écrite, datée et signée, qu’on a des connaissances suffisantes des parties pertinentes des JAR–OPS 3 et JAR–FCL (voir AMC FCL 2.005 & 2.015 ci-après); (ii) pour PPL(H): démontrer, moyennant une déclaration sur l’honneur écrite, datée et signée, qu’on a des connaissances suffisantes des parties pertinentes de la réglementation JAA (voir AMC FCL 2.125 ci-après);

(b). (i) voor ATPL(H) en CPL(H), aantonen, door middel van een geschreven, gedagtekende en ondertekende verklaring op eer, dat men een voldoende kennis heeft van de relevante onderdelen van JAR–OPS 3 en JAR-FCL (zie AMC FCL 2.005 & 2.015 hierna);

(ii) voor PPL(H): aantonen, door middel van een geschreven, gedagtekende en ondertekende verklaring op eer, dat men een voldoende kennis heeft van de relevante onderdelen van de JAA reglementering (zie AMC FCL 2.125 hierna);

(c). si les privilèges IR sont compris dans la licence, démontrer qu’on a des connaissances suffisantes de la langue anglaise conformément à l’art. 47 de l’AR du 21 juin 2004; la possession d’un certificat restreint belge de radiotéléphonie vaut comme preuve;

(c). indien IR voorrechten in de vergunning begrepen zijn, aantonen dat men een voldoende kennis heeft van de Engelse taal overeenkomstig art. 47 van het KB van 21 juni 2004; het bezit van een Belgisch beperkt bewijs van radiotelefonie geldt als bewijs;

(d). satisfaire aux conditions d’expérience et aux autres conditions

* Les titulaires d’un CPL qui sont déjà titulaires d’une qualification de type hélicoptère multipilote ne sont pas obligés de réussir l’examen théorique ATPL (H) pour autant qu’ils continuent à voler sur le même type d’hélicoptère. Il ne leur est pas accordé un crédit théorie ATPL(H) pour l’obtention d’une licence JAR-FCL. S’ils désirent obtenir une autre qualification de type pour un hélicoptère multipilote différent, ils doivent réussir l’examen théorique prévu à l’article 64 de l’A.R. du 21 juin 2004.

* Houders van een CPL die reeds houder zijn van een typebevoegdverklaring op meerpiloot helikopters zijn niet verplicht te slagen voor het theoretisch examen ATPL (H) voor zover zij op hetzelfde helikoptertype blijven vliegen. Hen zal evenwel geen ATPL (H) theoriekrediet voor een JAR–FCL vergunning worden gegeven. Indien zij een andere typebevoegdverklaring voor een verschillend meerpiloot helikopter wensen te bekomen, moeten zij slagen voor het theorie-examen voorzien in artikel 64 van het K.B. van 21 juni 2004.
