Kies het herhaalbare, schaalbare en winstgevend Business Model en onderbouw jullie keuze met een verantwoording. Werk elk Business Model uit in BMC. Beschrijf per Business Model het achterliggende verdienmodel. Hoofdstuk 2 Het Business Plan An infographic that summarizes your business plan. (Executive Summary). The “problem” your product is responding to by being in the market. (Market Need). A description of your business. (Value Proposition). A description of your products (photos are always appreciated). (Your Solution). Who else in the market is doing similar things and why are your products better? (Competition). Who buys your products (or will buy your products)? (Target Market). How do (or will) you market your products? (Sales Channels & Marketing Activities). What are your business achievements? What are you working toward? (Planning and milestones) What are your total production costs? What is the pricing of your products? How many products do you expect to sell the next 24 months? How will you make a proﬁt? How much money do you need to launch or grow your business? What speciﬁcally will you use the funds for in your business? (Financials: Budgeting & Forecasting + Funding Needs & Use of Funds). Onderbouw elk hoofdstuk met een toelichting waaruit blijkt dat dit Business Plan onderdeel direct afgeleid is van en aansluit op het Business Model.
