Gregor Gáll’s spiritual awareness is reflected in his art. Watch his video on

www.Scientology.org , Hungarian sculptor Gregor Gáll speaks of Scientologyas an essential part of life.

The sculptures of Gregor Gáll lay bare the human condition and celebrate a

long spiritual quest culminating in his finding Scientology.

From age 18, working his way through countless tomes of philosophy, science

and religion, Gáll searched for answers about life. But what he sought eluded

him. After 22 years, disillusioned by the decadence he saw in the world and

frustrated as an artist, he began to despair.

“I felt I had to degrade my vision to communicate to a declining and perishing

culture,” says Gáll.

Carrying on with his quest, in 1996 Gáll finally came to a book on Scientology.

As he studied the basic principles of the religion he also grasped his role as an

artist. It gave him hope, renewed purpose and a sense of responsibility.

“Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard wrote, ‘A culture is only as great as its

dreams, and its dreams are dreamed by artists,’” says Gáll. “I saw it is up to

me and other artists to create a culture.”

Gáll approached his work with renewed vigor.

Despite great effort, in the 20 previous years he had only exhibited his work

five times and sold six sculptures. Since finding Scientology in 1996, Gáll, 53,

has shown his work in more than 100 international exhibitions and sold some900 pieces. The Hungarian state has presented his sculptures to the heads of

12 governments.

Gáll has applied Scientology with his family as well.

“My wife and I use Scientology principles in raising our five children,” says

Gáll. “All of them are special in their own right. We encourage them to follow

their own purposes.”

“Scientology is not something you ‘believe,’” says Gáll, “In fact, Mr. Hubbard

says you should look and see if it is true for you, and that is exactly what I

have done.”

Gregor Gáll has found Scientology so basic and practical, he doesn’t have to

think about it—it is an integral aspect of life.

“I use Scientology the same way I use oxygen when I take a breath,” he

says.
