• why an EOP for BC ?

o large variation in transfusion practice: need for more

standardisation

o specific data collection for analysis of transfusion activity in

Belgium

behaviour (analysis of internal transfusion policy +

benchmarking with other hospitals)

AIMS OF THE WORKING GROUP

1) recommendations for the development of an electronic

prescription system of BP in the Belgian hospitals.

2) stimulate standardisation of transfusion practice by data

collection for analysis of transfusion activity on a local and

national level.

Rappel : le but

Mettre à la disposition des hôpitaux du matériel didactique (si possible attractif ) pour donner au personnel soignant (médecins, infirmières, autre,…), une formation de base dans le domaine de la transfusion.

Il s’agit d’une formation « modulaire » censée donner en plusieurs épisodes, les notions de base relatives aux différentes étapes du processus transfusionnel;

2015 : 5 diaporamas (PPT) accessibles via le site de BeQuinT.

2016 : le nombre de diaporamas accessibles a augmenté (5+7 = 12)

2016 : certains diaporamas ont été transformés en e-learningaccessibles via la plate-forme e-learning INAMI-SPF Santé Publique.
