TECHINFOT109 TECHNISCHE INFO – VAG 1.9 TDI De VAG 1.9 TDI motoren hebben specifieke aandacht nodig bij vervanging van de turbo zodat herhaling van de turbo schade wordt voorkomen. Het is dus van groot belang dat volgende werkmethode wordt opgevolgd: Bij vervanging van de turbo moet het gehele lucht inlaat circuit (inclusief

carter ontluchting) worden gecontroleerd op achtergebleven delen van de vorige turbo.

Indien bij de oude turbo delen zijn afgebroken zoals op foto 2 & foto 3 moeten de delen zich elders in het lucht inlaat gedeelte bevinden. De afgebroken delen dienen uit het systeem te worden verwijderd voordat de nieuwe Turbo’s Hoet turbo wordt gemonteerd.

TECHINFOT109 INFO TECHNIQUE – VAG 1.9 TDI Le moteur VAG 1.9 TDI nécessite une attention particulière lors du remplace-ment du turbo, afin d’éviter une répétition de la panne. Il est donc primordial de suivre les instructions suivantes: Lors du remplacement du turbo, le circuit d’entrée d’air complet (y compris

le reniflard) doit être inspecté afin de retirer tout débris de l’ancien turbo. Lorsque vous constatez des dommages sur l’ancien turbo tels que pré-

sentés sur la photo 2 et la photo 3, les débris doivent se trouver impéra-tivement dans les tubulures d’air. Celles-ci doivent être retirés avant la pose du turbo Turbo’s Hoet.

TECHINFOT109 ТЕХНИЧЕСКА ИНФОРМАЦИЯ – VAG 1.9 TDI Двигателите на VAG 1.9 TDI се нуждаят от специално внимание при подмяна на турбокомпресора с оглед предотвратяване на по-нататъшни повреди. Важно е да се спазват следните процедури: Когато сменяте турбокомпресор, трябва да се провери цялата

всмукателна система на двигателя(включително картерната вентилация) за частици, които може да са останали от предишния турбокомпресор.

Ако намерите някакви частици, които са отчупени от старата турбина,

както е показано на картина 2 и 3, то това означава че има още останали частици в смукателната система на двигателя. Те трябва да се отстранят преди да се монтира новият Turbos Hoet турбокомпресор.

TECHINFOT109 INFORMAŢII TEHNICE – VAG 1.9 TDI Motoarele VAG 1.9 TDI au nevoie de o atenţie specială în timpul înlocuirii turbosuflantelor pentru a preveni defectarea ulterioară a turbosuflantei ce urmează să fie montată. Este foarte important ca următoarea procedură de lucru să fie urmată: Atunci cand urmeaza sa inlocuiti turbosuflanta, este necesar sa verificati

intregul circuit de admisie a aerului (inclusiv ventilatia carterului) pentru a indeparta toate piesele ramase in urma deteriorarii turbosuflantei initiale

Daca exista piese rupte din turbosuflanta initiala similar cu pozele 2 & 3,

aceste piese trebuie identificate in intreaga tubulatura de admisie. Piesele trebuie indepartate din tubulatura inainte montarii unei noi turbosuflante Turbo’s Hoet.

TECHINFOT109 TECHNICAL INFO – VAG 1.9 TDI The VAG 1.9 TDI engines need specific attention while replacing the turbocharger in order to prevent future turbocharger damage. It is important that the following working procedure is being carried out: When you change the turbo, you need to check the entire air inlet circuit

(including the sump ventilation) for parts of the previous turbo that have stayed behind.

If there are any parts that are broken off the old turbo like in picture 2 & 3, these parts have to be somewhere else in the air inlet section. The broken parts have to be removed from the system before the new Turbo’s Hoet turbo is assembled.

TECHINFOT109 Informacja techniczna – VAG 1.9 TDI Silniki VAG 1.9 TDI potrzebują szczególnej uwagi przy wymianie turbosprężarki celem uniknięcia uszkodzenia turbosprężarki. Ważne jest dostosowanie się do wspomnianej metody montażu oraz postępowanie zgodnie z nią. Podczas wymiany turbosprężarki, koniecznie trzeba sprawdzić cały system

dolotu powietrza (wliczając system odpowietrzenia skrzyni korbowej) pod kątem obecności elementów poprzedniej turbosprężarki, które mogły zostać w środku.

Jeżeli są jakiekolwiek elementy, które się oderwały od starej turbosprężarki tak jak pokazano na obrazku 2 oraz 3, te elementy muszą gdzieś znajdować się w części dolotowej systemu. Oderwane części muszą zostać usunięte z układu przed montażem nowej turbosprężarki Turbo's Hoet.
