 Notice under section 311(2) of the companies act 2001 Notice is hereby given that SWGC LIMITED is a domestic company having its

registered office at brunel street Beau bassin, is to be removed from the register ofc9ompanies under section 309(1)(d) of the companies act 2001.

The company has never operated and has discharged all its liabilities.

Any objection to the removal under section 312 of the companies act 2001 shall bemade to the registrar of companies not later than 28 days from the date of this notice.
