La cabina forno SKYLINE TURBO POWER è una cabina con sistema a turbina ad accop-piamento diretto del motore. Dimostra la versatilità dell'Azienda nel proporre sempre soluzioni tecnologiche personalizzate, con l’intento di agevolare il cliente nella scelta, in sintonia con le proprie esigenze. Le fasi di verniciatura e essicazione totale (optional), grazie alla loro tecnologia permettono un fl usso d'aria pulito al 99% e una perfetta essicazione e polimerizzazione delle vernice con riciclo completo dell'aria calda.

SKYLINE TURBO POWER is a spray-booth characterized by a direct-drive turbine fans sy-stem, perfectly in tune with the Company's versatility and its customized technological solutions, which are aimed at supporting the customer in making choices which best suit his needs. Thanks to their high-tech properties, painting and total drying (optional) phases allow the air fl ow to be cleaned to above 99%, as well as the complete drying and polymerization of the paint through a total recycle of heated air.

SKYLINE TURBO POWER est une cabine de peinture caracterisée par un système de tur-boventilateurs jumelés directement aux moteurs. La cabine démontre la polyvalence de l'Entreprise en offrant au client des solutions technologiques sur mesure, avec l'inten-tion de le faciliter dans ses choix, en fonction de ses propres nécessitées. La cabina refl eja la versatilidad de la Empresa para proponer soluciones personalizadas de tecnología, con la intención de facilitar al cliente en sus elecciones en línea con sus propias necesidades. Las fases de pintura y secado total (opcional), gracias a su tecnología permiten una limpieza del aire superior a 99%, un secado completo y la polimerización de la pintura con reciclaje total del aire caliente.

La facilità di taratura della pressione in cabina, il risparmio di combustibile, il ciclo di verniciatura ed essiccazione ravvicinati e il conseguente minore inquinamento ambientale con l'assenza del camino di espulsione fumi e l'eliminazione della manutenzione della caldaia completano i vantaggi produttivi di questa cabina.

Thanks to its frequency exchanger technology (Inverter system), SKYLINE POSEIDON spray-booth guarantees electric energy saving according to CEE regulations. The handy pressure-calibration system, fuel saving, the close painting and drying phases with the consequent lower environmental pollution, the absence of the exhaust chimney and of the heat exchanger maintenance increment the production advantages of this spray-booth.
