Dentacom is a Dental Claim paying system that was written about 20 years ago.
It has an online portion that performs claim payments, data entry, inquiry, and update
functions.The official Dentacom online day is currently scheduled form 7:00 a.m. to 10:00p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. 2 p.m to 7
p.m(view mode only) on Sunday. Batch officially starts when the online comes down. The
run time of the batch varies according to schedule and the number of transactions
processed that day.
Most of the time batch is complete before 5:00 a.m and the online is up by 7:00 a.m
