Marine installationsVan der Leun staat als system integrator voor complete installatiebouw, ook voor de maritieme markt. Beter

gezegd, juíst ook voor de maritieme markt, inclusief de offshore. We nemen met plezier het ontwerp op ons, de

engineering en de installatie van elektrische systemen voor alle typen baggerschepen, containerschepen, tankers,

passagiersschepen, enz. Alles wat vaart, drijft, boven of onder water krijgt de juiste elektrische installatie.

Van der Leun as a system integrator stands for complete electrical installations, also in the marine field. Or, -to be

more specific- especially in the marine field, including the offshore. The engineering and implementation of electrical

installations for all kinds of dredgers, containerships, tankers, passenger ships, etc. fits us perfectly.

We simply provide anything which sails, floats, above or under water with the proper electrical installation.

MAIN SWITCHBOARDDistribution of the power from the

generators to the consumers.

WHEELHOUSE DESKThe Beta Bridge is ergonomically designed

for most optimal use for it’s purpose. The instruments in this bridge console can be

arranged to the best of the users’ wishes.

SUBMERSIBLE PUMP MOTORFor an optimal use of the pump, this can

be placed on the suctiontube, together withthe pumpmotor.

GENERATORSConstructed in various executions (water

or air cooled), according to customer specifications.

BOW THRUSTER MOTORSElectrical bow thruster motors, completed

with the adequate frequency drives (softstarter or frequencyconverter).

ALARM SYSTEM (AMS): MACSDeveloped and produced by Van der Leun.

This AMS, called MACS, is used for the monitoring and signalling of alarms and can be

fit to every installation, big or small.

ELECTRICAL PROPULSION MOTORSElectrical Motors, specially designed for

propulsion. In various varieties to suit proper use (on deck or inside the ship).

POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMA taylor made Power Management System. Can be designed for every single for any use

and every type of vessel.

LIGHTINGFor in- and outside use, like

floodlights, search lights, but also bunk lights, chart table lamps, etc.

MAIN SWITCHBOARDDesigned and produced according the customers specifications, these (main)

switchboards fit any installation.

WINCH MOTORSWinch motors with a foot- or flange

housing, equipped with encoders and integrated brakes.

LIGHTINGA complete set of lighting can be designed

and supplied for as well as inside as outside use. For instance engineroom and accommodation

illumination, but also floodlights, search lights etc.

GENERATORSAccording customer specifications, water

or air-cooled, we can supply a range of various generators.

CUTTER, PUMP AND WINCH DRIVESFor full and seemless control of motors we can supply a complete range of frequency-

drives. If needed the drives can be cooled by Van der Leun Hex-type water coolers.

CUTTER MOTORPlaced on the cutter ladder, this motor can be placed above or under water. This cutter motor can be supplied in a big range of capacities, for

single or double motors on one gearbox.

ALARM SYSTEMThe Van der Leun Alarm and Monitoring

system (AMS) MACS is custom designed tofit any installation. Big or small, any kind of

vessel can be fit with this taylor made system.

SUBMERSIBLE PUMP MOTORFor pump or cutter driving, these submersible have to endure the toughest of circumstances. We can supply the best suitable solution from a complete

range of types and brands.

STAINLESS STEEL CABLE CHAINSPrecision engineered and produced

stainless steel cables chains for the supportand guidance of energy-, signal- cables and

hydraulic hoses.
