Schmierungsfrei, leise und ergo -nomisch sind die Spezialpressen für Automobilschläuche, dieKalibrierpressen und die Pressen für Isolatoren, Kabel, Seile undMoniereisen, die zudem mit extrem hoher Presskraft und Präzisionüberzeugen. Zubehör wie PFC (PressureForceControl) erlaubtdurch das Einstellen des Pressdrucks auch das Verpressen druck-empfindlicher Materialien wie z.B. Fiberglas und ermöglicht daherdauerhaft stabile Verbindungen ohne Kleben, Schrauben oderSchweißen.

Special Applications –Solutions for every requirement

Particular tasks require specialized solutions. For UNIFLEX engineersand technicians, the design and construction of special machinesfor special applications is a challenge which they always meetexcellently: A prime example for this is HM 245, whose patented C-Formpressing tool simplifies the radial feed of complicated hoses. Lubrication-free, quiet and ergonomic are the properties of special presses for automobile hoses, calibration presses, andthe presses for isolators, cables, ropes and reinforcing steel; in addition their extremely high pressing force and precision are convincing. Accessories such as PFC (PressureForceControl) also allow for pressing pressure-sensitive materials such asfiberglass, since the pressing power can be adjusted; this providesfor permanently fixed connections without gluing, screwing orwelding.
