INLEIDING

De stalen van de enquête 2010/4 werden op 3 november 2010 verstuurd. De afsluitingdatum

van de encodages was 16 november 2010. Vanaf 28 januari 2011 waren de individuele

rapporten beschikbaar op toolkit (niet gevalideerd). De validatie gebeurde op 8 februari 2011.

Vanaf deze datum zijn dus de definitieve rapporten beschikbaar in de toolkit.

Ter gelegenheid van deze enquête werden naar alle deelnemers twee gelyofiliseerde stalen

verstuurd: R/9246 (Biorad – Lyphocheck Immunoassay) et R/9939 (Randox – Immunoassay

Control).

Updating kits

Om de juistheid van de resultaten van de externe kwaliteitscontrole te verzekeren, is het

belangrijk dat alle informatie met betrekking tot de methode en de gebruikte kits correct is.

Wij stellen bij elke enquête vast dat een klein aantal laboratoria de juistheid van deze

informatie vergeet te controleren. Indien u uw kit niet terugvindt in de toolkit, aarzel dan niet

om ons zo vlug mogelijk te contacteren of een mail te sturen naar het volgende adres:

[email protected].

Vervallen kits

Wanneer een bepaalde kit niet meer wordt gecommercialiseerd en de einddatum

(vervaldatum) wordt bereikt, verdwijnt deze kit uit de toolkit. Een waarschuwingsbericht

verschijnt op het scherm: « Uw kit is vervallen. Wilt u uw nieuw catalogusnummer invoeren?

». Het is dus noodzakelijk dat u uw nieuwe kit herparametreert, zelfs indien het enkel om een verandering van het catalogusnummer gaat. Indien u deze updating niet uitvoert,

worden uw gegevens niet statistisch verwerkt. Voor alle methodes die « kit afhankelijk » zijn,

wordt het principe van de methode automatisch toegekend.

Voortaan zal het niet meer mogelijk zijn om kwantitatieve resultaten te encoderen indien niet alle informatie met betrekking tot de kit werd ingevoerd.


Op welke manier kunnen de gecensureerde waarden geëncodeerd worden in de toolkit ?

De tekens « > » en « < » bevinden zich juist voor het vakje waar het

kwantitatieve resultaat geëncodeerd werd.


Ter beschikking stellen van de rapporten

Zoals u al kon vaststellen, vragen wij u om uw antwoorden vlugger terug te sturen zodat de

resultaten voor de laboratoria, onder de vorm van een eerste niet gevalideerde draft, zo

vlug mogelijk na het afsluiten van de enquête beschikbaar zijn. Voor die laboratoria waarvoor

omwille van onvoorziene omstandigheden voor een bepaalde enquête er een probleem zou

zijn voor de tijdslimiet, kan de toegang tot de toolkit uitzonderlijk worden verlengd. Dit

vertraagt echter de productie van de rapporten voor het geheel van de groep. In eenieders

voordeel vragen wij u dus om aandachtig te zijn en de voorgestelde termijnen te respecteren.

Gelieve ook te noteren dat vanaf het moment van beschikbaarheid van de individuele niet

gevalideerde rapporten op onze site, er geen enkele correctie meer zal worden doorgevoerd,

noch m.b.t. gebruikte methoden, noch m.b.t. encodeerfouten, eenheden, enz… Deze

beslissing werd genomen enerzijds om de al bekomen statistische gegevens niet te

beïnvloeden en anderzijds om extra aandacht te vragen naar de deelnemers toe om naar

aanleiding van elke enquête de parameterisatie te verifiëren en tijdig de nodige wijzigingen

aan te brengen en de ingevoerde gegevens te controleren. Enkel via de juiste informatie kan

aan alle deelnemers correcte statistische informatie worden bezorgd.

Na de validatie van de enquête door het Expertencomité zal het gevalideerd globale rapport

beschikbaar zijn op onze Website op het volgende adres:

Toelichting bij de statistische verwerking in het individuele rapport

Wat de kwantitatieve resultaten betreft, wordt de positie van uw resultaten gegeven in

vergelijking met het geheel van de deelnemende laboratoria en in vergelijking met de andere

deelnemers die dezelfde methode gebruiken.

De volgende informatie wordt gegeven:

• uw resultaat

• uw methode

• de globale mediaan M: de centrale waarde van de resultaten bekomen voor het

geheel van de laboratoria voor alle methoden

• de globale standaarddeviatie SD: maat voor de spreiding van de resultaten bekomen

voor het geheel van de laboratoria

• de globale mediaan van uw methode M: de centrale waarde van de resultaten

bekomen voor de laboratoria die eenzelfde (uw) methode gebruiken

• de standaarddeviatie van uw methode SD: maat voor de spreiding van de resultaten

bekomen voor de laboratoria die eenzelfde (uw) methode gebruiken

• de variatiecoëfficiënt CV (uitgebruikt in %) voor het geheel van de laboratoria en voor

de laboratoria die eenzelfde (uw) methode gebruiken: CV = (SD / M) * 100%

• de afstand Z (uitgedrukt in SD) van uw resultaat tot de mediaan van uw

methode: Z = (R - M) / SD

• de afstand U (uitgedrukt in %): de procentuele afwijking van uw resultaat t.o.v. de

mediaan van uw methode: U = ((R - M) / M) * 100%

• een grafische interpretatie van de positie van uw resultaat R in vergelijking met de

mediaan M gebaseerd op de methode van Tukey, voor elke parameter en voor elk

geanalyseerd staal

Grafische voorstelling bij het globale rapport

Naast de tabellen met de resultaten werd er een grafische voorstelling in « box et whisker »

plot toegevoegd. Zij bevat de volgende elementen voor de methoden met minstens 4

deelnemers:

• een rechthoek met de percentielen 25 (P25) en 75 (P75)

• een centrale lijn die de mediaan van de resultaten weergeeft (P50)

• een ondergrens die de kleinste waarde weergeeft x > P25 - 1.5 * (P75 - P25)

• een bovengrens die de grootste waarde weergeeft x < P75 + 1.5 * (P75 - P25)

• alle punten buiten dit interval worden voorgesteld door een cirkel

Zoals aangeduid in de figuur hieronder, komen de grenzen « I » weergegeven in de

grafieken van de individuele rapporten overeen met de ondergrenzen en de bovengrenzen

van de box plots (te weten P25 - 1.5 * (P75 - P25) en P75 + 1.5 * (P75 - P25)), en in geval van

een normale distributie met M ± 3 SD.

CA 15.3 Zoals vaak gerapporteerd bij het gebruik van gelyofiliseerde stalen (cfr Globale Rapporten

2010/2 en 2010/3), bekomen de gebruikers van de Siemens – Immulite kit de hoogste

mediane concentratie, in tegenstelling tot de gebruikers van de Coulter – Access kit, welke

inderdaad de laagste mediane waarde geeft.
