RE: Letter of Recommendation for Ms. Annette Young To Whom it May Concern: I am writing to express my opinion of Ms. Annette Young. Annette worked under my direct supervision for the past two and a half years at Kuka furniture, Inc. as Office Manager, as well as my Executive Assistant. This was my second time to have the pleasure of hiring Annette, as she also served in the same capacity for two and a half years in my prior employment. I was successful in recruiting her to join me at Kuka. Annette has a unique skillset that is not readily available in the marketplace. She has a keen awareness of the need for detail oriented thought processes. In addition, she has the managerial capacity to deal with day-to-day issues of any small business. During Annette’s tenure, she has been responsible for all operations of a small business inclusive of the HR function, accounting, direct supervision of a staff of six, and the unenviable task of helping me as Executive Assistant. Annette’s integrity is without reproach. I am very sad to see Annette leave my company. However, I know that the next chapter of her career will place her in an environment where she can flourish utilizing the skills she has gained over the years.
