URGENT: The S. Hekemian Group, which owns the property at 215 and 235Birchwood Avenue, has filed a permit application with the NJ Dept. of
Environmental Protection (DEP) to build 360 apartments and a parking
garage on the property. Residents have until the end of the year to send
objections and comments to the DEP. Please voice your objections bymailing the attached letters to the DEP no later than 12/26/11. Thank you!

Both letters : Put your name and address up top & sign bottom.
Attach the developers application page 1 to the letter to Valda Opara. Mail to:

I am writing to express my opposition to the possible approval of the applicationreferenced by the attached Application Form LURP-2.
Cranford Township, and in particular the property for which the application wasmade, is experiencing an increase of the already catastrophic flooding of privatehomes, businesses, and public buildings with which we are afflicted each year.No one with the least shred of conscience would subject the residents ofCranford to greater devastation by granting the approval sought by The S.Hekemian Group, through their applicant, Cranford Development Associates,LLC.
