SKI PASS SELLING POINTS Skipass desk opening hours: daily 8.30 am – 4.00 pm. Further ski pass selling points can be found in selected ho-tels and sports shops in Obergurgl-Hochgurgl. Skipasses are issued only on hands-free data carriers (KeyCards). Key-Card deposit: € 3.00 per skipass. The deposit is refunded on return of the undamaged skipass at the ski pass offices or selling points.

GENERAL TERMS OF CONTRACT n Skipasses are valid in the Obergurgl-Hochgurgl ski area and from 3+ days also in all Ötztal ski areas, plus free use of skibus and public bus for people wearing ski equipment.n Purchasing a skipass you accept the general terms and conditions on rates and transportation as displayed on the notice boards. n No refund of skipass in case of loss as there is no automatic photo registration at the turnstiles and therefore identifica- tion is not possible.n Skipasses already purchased cannot be changed, transfer- red to other persons, prolonged or altered in terms of its validity period. n We reserve the right to close some ski lifts or slopes due to scarce snow conditions or to withdraw the skibus shuttle service at the end of season.n Prices are subject to change, particularly in case of special events. n The single services included in the skipass are provided by legally independent business partners. The partners selling the ticket only act as agents for all the other business partners. Therefore, only the respective partner is liable for compensation claims and obliged to provide the single service he offers.n Purchasing a personal skipass incl. your name, the holder of the skipass accepts the automated registration of personal data. Additionally, the skipass holder explicitly accepts that personal data is processed electronically and stored for internal control reasons, customer care and in order to prevent misuse. Stored data will be deleted as soon as not needed anymore, at the latest after expiry of the storage period determined by law.n Purchasing a personal skipass, the holder of the skipass accepts that a personal reference photo is taken, processed electronically and stored at the selling points and slope access points for internal control reasons in order to prevent misuse of the skipass. Stored photo data will be deleted as soon as the skipass expires if no misuse was registered, at the latest after expiry of the storage period determined by law.

REFUND n Skipasses are refunded only at the official skipass office desks in case of a sports accident within the ski area, and only on presentation of a written report by the local slope rescue team of Bergbahnen Obergurgl-Hochgurgl. Obergurgl skipass office: Festkogel gondola / Hochgurgl: at all cash desks.n No refund for accompanying persons. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance for all travelers. n Skipass days following the day of the accident will be refunded but not the day of the accident itself. Hourly tickets and 1-day ski passes will not be refunded. In case of a refund the rescue, service and first aid costs arising from the slope rescue will be deducted immediately ac- cording to the invoice/official certificate issued by the local slope rescue team.

n Skipasses will not be refunded or extended in case of bad weather, avalanche danger, early departure, illness, dis- continued lift operation, closed ski runs or ski slopes, etc.

SLOPE RESCUE CARD You can obtain a Slope Rescue Card when buying your skipass at our skipass desks. It is also possible to obtain a Slope Rescue Card if you have already bought your ski pass (but not after the accident has occurred). The term of insurance is equal to the period of validity of the skipass (it is not possible to extend it).

SLOPE RESCUE CARD € 13.00 PER PERSON The Slope Rescue Card includes the following: Rescue ser-vice and first aid is free for injured persons within the entire secured Obergurgl-Hochgurgl Ski Area and Sölden Ski Area as well as the transport depending on the injury’s gravity – either by akja sled, ski doo, rescue bubble or rescue helicop-ter – to the Red Cross base or the rescue helicopter. Costs arising from an Alpine rescue operation by helicopter are covered by the Slope Rescue Card subsidiarily and only in case there is no other valid, already existing rescue insuran-ce which takes over the rescue costs for the injured person. Please note that costs arising from ambulance transports made by the Austrian Red Cross and helicopter rescues are not included and must be paid separately. Without a Slope Rescue Card the injured person must cover all costs arising from first aid, rescue operation and transport. More detailed information available at the official skipass offices.

SAFETY ON THE SKI SLOPES Please always pay attention to the huge panorama boards, information panels and all other signposts in the ski area. Never leave the secured skiing terrain – Alpine hazards! FIS rules apply. All slopes – except the officially certified night skiing slopes which are equipped with floodlights – are clo-sed between 4.30 pm and 9.00 am!

Ski slopes are closed 4.30 pm – 9.00 amNo safety measures when ski slopes are closed. Great risk of injuries due to snow- grooming machines, cable winches, avalan-che protection works, uncovered cables, tu-bes, snow making devices, etc.

Free Skiing TerrainBesides ski routes and runs there is also free skiing terrain where a ski instructor and enough Alpine experience are required.

SnowmobilesWatch out for snowmobiles, utility vehicles or snow grooming machines at any time!

Avalanche HazardThis sign indicates that there is a certain risk of avalanches on the ski slope – due to its incline, location or other local circumstances.

Closed Ski RunThe ski run is closed. It is strictly forbidden to ski down such a slope!
