    EXPERIENCES / NIGHTMARES

    - Leaders becomes Role Models- Learners can also contribute to the body of knowledge- The Open Courseware became our mirror. To see how far we've

    gone and how far we have to go.- Knowledge Creation requires openess and freedom of

    communication.

    - Everybody is a learner, We learn and grow with our students.- We've learn a lot about acceptance to criticisms. It is indeed ahumbling experience. Big and small brother helps one anotherto improve.

    - We work not because my boss tells me to do it this way, but weare ashamed of our works compared to my boss and everyoneelse.

    - A culture of aspiring to do it better is a challenge.- There is a culture of one big happy family, everyone can speak

    his mind.- The whole department is running on self-regulation.
