This document is for educational purposes ONLY!!You may distribute this file freely as long as it stays named DISK1.TXT andno part of this file is changed in any way or form.I got the idea for these disks when I was bored and staring at a disk.I was thinking of something I could do with them and I happened to spot apack of matches laying on my computer desk. IT HIT ME!! I then discoveredother uses for the same principal such as in section 2.I never told anyone how to make it, I just told them that I had made one butI figure I might as well spread it around and get some recognition for mybriliant idea. If you decide to make any of these disks, please contact meand tell me how it went.

1. Flamming disks from Hell

This disk is pretty awsome and can be made VERY distructive and lethal.It involves a disk being inserted into a drive or accessed to burst intoflames or explode causing the drive and or computer to be destroyed and couldcause the disk to bust up and fly out of the drive causing injery or death toan individual. Sound cool eh?

So, I guess you are wondering how to go about such a dirty deed. Well hereit is in plain english with a few cheap diagrams.

Materials:

(1) Get a 3.5" disk (Don't matter whats on it becuase it will be burnt)

(2) Get 3 matches and a striker (Just buy a pack)

(3) If you want the REAL version of the Flamming disk, get some gunpowderand some plastic explosives. (There are MANY files on how to make this

stuff on many BBS' around the world)

(4) Glue that dries clear (Model glue, wood glue, epoxy, etc..)

(5) Very small flat-head screwdriver

Thats it for the materials, not much eh?

Building the damn thing:

(1) Look at the disk and find the sliding metal protector.

(2) Pull the metal protector off of the disk careful not to bend it too much.(Be careful not to lose the spring that may come out when you take itoff!!)

(3) Find the seam of the disk that runs along the sides of the disk.

(4) Use your screwdriver to pry apart the two halfs of the disk by insertingit into the seams and turning and sliding the screwdriver.(Be careful not to damage the outer part of the disk because you don'twant the disk to look like it has been tampered with!!)

(5) Take out that brown colored circle (Magnetic disk)

(6) Take your pack of matches and cut out the striker on the back. (Brownstrip of sandpaper)

(7) Cut the striker in half so you have two almost squares.

(8) Get your glue and glue one of the strikers onto the brown magnetic diskabout 1 cm from the outer edge of the magnetic disk so that the brown

rough side of the striker is facing up.(9) Get the other striker and do the same thing as step 8 but have it on the

opposite side from the other striker so that it looks like this:

(Be sure to put the glue on the card board side of the match headand be sure not to get glue on the sulpher(colored part))

(16) Do the same thing as step 15 but glue them to the opposite side of

the case something like in 9.

(17) If you just want your disk to smoke and stink then skip to step 22.

(18) Get about 3/4 a teaspoon of gun powder. Rub glue all over the outline ofthe circle to cover entire circle(About 2 cm from outer edge to insideof circle.) Be sure not to get any on the match heads!!!

(19) Sprinkle the gun powder equally over the entire area covered with glue.(Be sure to get it VERY close to the match heads to ensure detonation!!)

(20) Rub the gun powder in the glue so it will stick good. Let dry and blowoff any excess powder.

(21) Get your plastic explosives and squash it into a pancake that is about1 to 2 millimeters thick. Use a knife to cut the explosive into 4squares about 5mm by 5mm. Glue these about 2 mm from each side ofthe match heads so it looks like this:

(22) Let all the glue dry and make sure everything is glued on good.

(23) Put glue along the entire edge of the plastic case like this:Glue along this edge

(24) This is the pretty dangerous part!! You must put the brown magnetic diskon top of the explosive stuff with the strikers facing down so theyare resting on the explosive stuff.(BE VERY CAREFULL!!! ANY PREASURE WITH A SMALL JERK ON THE MEGNETICDISK WILL DETONATE IT!!!!!!!!)

(25) THIS PART IS THE MOST DANGEROUSTake the other half of the plastic case that you set aside and set iton top of the explosive half and press lightly so that all of the edgesare touching each other and is even. Set a fairly heavy book on topof the disk and let dry. (DO NOT MOVE IT!! IT MAY DOTONATE BECAUSE THEBOOK IS HEAVY ENOUGH TO LET THE MATCH HEADS IGNIGHT!!!)

(26) After the disk is dry, remove the book carefully.

(27) Take that small spring that you took out in step 2 and slide it intoto front-right of the disk. (This is hard to get in right but keeptrying)

(28) Take that metal protector thing that you took out in step 2 and bend itback to it's original shape so it look right. Look on the inside of theprotector and you should see a little hook type thing. The side withthe hook thing is the right hand side. Clip the right side of theprotector onto the middle of the disk and slide it to the right so thatthe spring hooks onto the little metal hook. Once the spring isconnected to the protector, push the right side of the protector downand then press the left side down so it is flat against the front of the

disk. Test to see if it slides ok. (This is kinda tricky, keep trying.)

There you go!! You are ready to set the disk in someones office so when theycheck what's on the disk, HAHAHAHAH!!!!!

WARNING!! If you turn the metal circle on the bottom of the disk, it WILLdetonate!!!!!

2. Scratchy disks from Hell

This disk is VERY destructive to the floppy drive and don't harm anything

else. It is very effective if you don't want to kill the whole computer.It is also safe to make because there is no chance of killing yourselfunless you slip with the scisors and cut your wrists or poke your eye out.

Materials:

(1) 3.5" disk

(2) Glue

(3) Very corse sandpaper

(4) Screwdriver

(5) Scisors

Building the damn thing:

(1) Do steps 1 through 5 in part 1.

(2) Use your scisors and cut 4 1cm wide rectangles in the magnetic diskthat are equally spaced like this:

(3) Cut 8 rectangles in the sandpaper 2cm by 2.5cm.

(4) Get your glue and put glue on the backs of the rectangles.

(5) Stick four of the rectangles over the four hole on the magnetic disk.

(6) Flip the magnetic disk over and stick the other four pieces of sandpaperover the four rectangle hole on the magnetic disk.

(7) Do steps 22 through 28 in part 1 ignoring all the warning messages,striker messages, match messages, and explosive messages.

That's It!! You can use this disk in the same manner as the disk described inpart 1 but with less feeling of guilt.

I made the Flamming disk from Hell with just the match heads, labeled it DOOMand I left it in the computer room at my school. Four weeks later, somedumb shit wanted to slack off in his work and put the disk in and POP!! Asmall flame and a bunch of smoke came out and stunk up the room. I never gotcaught for it but the idiot that put it in the drive got MAJOR shit!!HEHEHEH!!! I wish I could have been in the room at the time to see it andthe faces of the students when smoke came flying out of the drive.
