Message from the Secretary Respected President, members, Governing Council and persons present here me on behalf of Purbacal Ananda Foundation well come you all in today’s AGM. Our society registered on 20/9/2005 at Kolkata having regd. no: - S/1L/32097. It is situated in a remote village- Purokonda of Bankura District of WB state. The organization is also listed in Planning Commission Partnership System bearing No. WB/2009/0005891. This organization is also registered in Bankura District NGO registrar in Serial No 65. This organization has been registered in Income tax rule 12A & 80G. PAF started its work in service of orphan and needy children in the year 2005 with 4 children with a mud made house. To day we have brick-made buildings for children. At Present we are taking care of 19 female children & 13 male children. The organization started in the line of “ JIBE PREM KORE JAI JON , SAI JON SEBECHE ISWAR”. Our main objective is to upbringing of Orphans, children of sex workers, children whose parents are serving imprisonment, needy and disadvantaged rural children through education and vocational skill so that these children can able to be self reliant and lead a life as a responsible citizen of society. PAF believe in making an orphan & needy children self sufficient for their future development & rehabilitation which can be achieved only through education & vocational training. We started our journey since 2005 and has come up to this level due to concerted effort of all our members, staff and the residential children along with our valued patronizes. It is our team work that made it happen. We have come a long way in last 11 years and we have watched the progress of our Ashram and its activity. I would like to thank all those who have directly or indirectly helped us to come to this position. At present we are running with 32 children but as per present infrastructure we can accommodate 50 children and for that I put forward my earnest request to all of us to work more diligently , raise fund and take the organization to a new height. In order to establish and self reliant, we are running with vocational courses for our children as well as for young residents of the nearby villages. There is a dearth of health services and an immediate need to establish a health centre in the community for our children as well as for community residents. The present library requires expansion with new books. The after school coaching is now running. I would like to mention that the organization & staff are working round of clock to fulfill the mission and Establish the rights of the children. In this Endeavour we also earned most precious thing of life i.e. your trust & love with the children and organization. I once again assure that your trust and love will never go down and we will give you more chance to feel happy and proud for supporting the children of PAF. I am really thankful to all broad hearted persons, organizations and corporate who are associated with us as supporters, well wishers and donors and without which we will not be able to achieve as what we are now. While concluding, I heartily convey my thanks to the present members of governing council for the year 2015-16. I do hereby place the AGM report of 2015-16. Thanking you all.
