1-Work Enviroment

•There are diferents programs to do diapositives: LibreOffice Impress, Microsoft Power Point, Keynote.•All of them are similar, but they lot of work tools.

1.1-Impress formatWe can change the proprieties of

the objects with the bottom “format”

We can see different functions in the task pane located on the right

We can draw with the drawing bar located below

1.2-PowerPoint formatIn the option bar we can change

the slide format, and other things related to the slide.

2-Viewing mode All types of applications have different

viewing modes, each other according the different tasks. Types of viewing:

-Normal view: It is perfect to create new slides and works with different functions.

-Slide sorter views: We can organize and duplicate slider easier. With a big view of our presentation .

3-How to start the presentation? We can start the presentation

clicking the “F5” or to “slide presentation” and press it.

4-Create presentations A presentation is a collection of

different slides, with a determinate theme. We use the presentation to show important and striking information.

There are two types to create presentations:

-With the help of an assistant.-The presentation will be empty and we

will have to add new slides.

4.1-How does it work? Add and remove slides: we have to press

the buttom “New slide” and to remove the slide we have to click the slide and click “Supr”.

Slide design: we can add some different objects like: images, videos, hyperlinks... We can use this clicking in the buttom “Insert”

Frames: we can add quickly the different types of objects with the predefined frames.
