14 years of professional design experiences. My works include many high-tech clients such as HP, Compaq, Palm, NEC, Commerce One, Flextronics, Big fix as well as non-tech clients like Peninsula Humane Society, Santa Clara Ballet and First5 of Santa Clara. I have won creative awards in last 13 years at Creative I, including numerous Addy and Summit International awards.

BIO

Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, I was fascinated with art for as long as I can

remember. I would spend hours just drawing and painting every chance I could. From my elementary to my high school years, I took every opportunity to enroll in as many fine art classes as I could and finally came to

United States as an art student. In college, I discovered graphic design/art direction and chose it as my career. Now living in Silicon Valley, I have been working as Senior Art Director as well as being a busy mom of 9 and 4 years old.

I am pleased to recommend Michal Huang after having worked with her for over 7 years in the creative/design department at Creative I Advertising in Palo Alto.

Michal has an enormous range of design, concept, and production skills. As Associate Creative Director, I worked with Michal (Senior Art Director) on high-profile projects that included everything from integrated marketing (email, web, Flash banners, screensaver design) to top-notch PowerPoint slide design (including complex animation design and production).

My understanding is that her work was very well received by our clients (including HP, for whom Michal helped prepare campaigns and materials for C-level executive events).

Michal has deep HTML and CSS knowledge, as well as working Javascript knowledge. She also is proficient in Flash. Additionally, Michal is highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and DreamWeaver.

Michal has a keen designer’s eye for detail. She has a unique sense of balancing finesse with time efficiency to make sure that the project is not only on time, but looks as good as it should.
