U wilt niet?

• Costs too much• No business case• Has commercial value• It could breach privacy• It's classified• It's not ours and we don't know whose it is• Unsure about quality• We don't know where it is• It's not our job• It's not in a useful format• I'm not authorised• People will misuse it• The minister will lose reputation• It's not ready yet• The department will lose reputation• Files are too large• We don't have enough bandwidth• Thin edge of the wedge
