OVERZICHT WEEK 31

In de afgelopen week bleef de to-tale incidentie van raadplegingen bij de huisarts voor griepklachten sta-biel op 35 raadplegingen per 100.000 inwoners (inclusief telefo-nische raadplegingen). De inciden-tie is significant hoger in Vlaanderen dan in Wallonië. De incidentie van huisartsconsulta-ties voor andere acute respiratoire infecties (inclusief telefonische raadplegingen) stijgt licht, voorna-melijk door een stijgend aantal in-fecties bij volwassenen (15-64 jaar) in Vlaanderen en Brussel. Vorige week was 3% van de steek-proef van testen positief op SARS-CoV-2, maar de positiviteitsgraad was afhankelijk van de symptomen. De positieve testen werden gezien in de leeftijdsgroepen 20-44 jaar en 45-64 jaar. In een derde van de positieve geval-len was er voorafgaand contact met een gekende bevestigde COVID-19 patiënt. Dit betrof vooral vowassen contactpersonen op het werk of in het huishouden. Sinds 11 mei (week 20) is er geen re-gionale of nationale oversterfte meer die gelinkt kan worden aan COVID-19.

La semaine passée, l’incidence des consultations chez le médecin gé-néraliste pour syndrome grippal res-tait stable à 35 consultations pour 100.000 habitants (consultations téléphoniques incluses). L’inci-dence est significativement plus élevée en Flandre qu’en Wallonie. L’incidence des consultations chez le généraliste pour d’autres infec-tions respiratoires aiguës (consulta-tions téléphoniques incluses) en Belgique augmente légèrement, principalement due à une auge-mentation du nombre d’infections chez les adultes (15-64 ans) en Flandre et à Bruxelles. La semaine dernière, 3 % de l’échan-tillon de tests a donné un résultat po-sitif au SRAS-CoV-2, mais le taux de positivité dépendait des symptômes. Les tests positifs ont été observés dans les groupes d’âge 20-44 ans et 45-64 ans. Dans un tiers des cas positifs, il y avait le contact antérieur avec un patient confirmé connu de COVID-19. Il s’agissait principalement de contacts d’adultes au travail ou dans le mé-nage. Depuis le 11 mai (semaine 20), il n’y a plus de surmortalité régionale ou na-tionale qui peut être lié à COVID-19

Last week, the incidence of visits to the general practitioner (including contacts by phone) for influenza-like illness remained stable at 35 contacts per 100,000 inhabitants. The incidence is significantly higher in Flanders than in Wallonia. The incidence of GP visits for other acute respiratory infections (includ-ing contact by phone) in Belgium slightly increases, mainly due to an increasing number of infections in adults (15-64 years) in Flanders and Brussels. Last week, 3% of the sample of tests were positive for SARS-CoV-2, but the positivity rate depended on the symptoms. The positive tests were seen in the age groups 20-44 years and 45-64 years. In a third of the positive cases, there was prior contact with a known con-firmed COVID-19 patient. This mainly concerned adult contacts at work or in the household. Since May 11th (week 20), there is no longer regional or national excess mortality that can be linked to COVID-19.

Sinds 18 mei kunnen geen luchtwegsta-len verzameld worden door de peilart-sen. Vanaf 29 juni registreren ze de eer-ste testresultaten voor SARS-CoV-2 voor een steekproef van hun patiënten. In de afgelopen week waren onder de steekproef van 94 geteste personen 12% patiënten met griepaal syndroom, 56% patiënten met andere klachten van luchtweginfectie, 3% patiënten met andere symptomen en 29% asymptomatische patiënten. In totaal was 3% van de testen in de huisartspraktijk positief op SARS-CoV-2.

À partir du 29 juin, ils en-registrerent les premiers résultats des tests pour le SARS-CoV-2 pour un échantillon de leurs patients. La semaine passée, parmi de l’échantil-lon de 94 personnes testées, il y avait 12% de patients présentant un syn-drome grippal, 56% de patients présen-tant d’autres symptômes de voies res-piratoires, 3% de patients présentant d’autres symptômes et 29% de patients asymptomatiques. Au total 3% de tests en médecine géné-rale était positif pour le SARS-CoV-2.

Since May 18th, the sentinel GPs could not collect respiratory samples. From June 29th on, they register the first test results for SARS-CoV-2 for a sample of their patients. In the past week, among the sample of 94 tested people, there were 12% pa-tients with flu-like illness, 56% patients with other respiratory infection symp-toms, 3% patients with other symp-toms and 29% asymptomatic patients. In total 3% of these tests in general practice were positive for SARS-CoV-2.

De afgelopen week bleken 33% van de patiënten met een positieve COVID-19 test, vooraf contact gehad te hebben met een gekende bevestigde Covid-19 patiënt. Onder de patiënten met een gekend contact met een andere bevestigde CO-VID-19 patiënt, ging het vooral om vol-wassen contactpersonen. In 23% betrof het een collega die geen gezondheids-werkeris, in 7% een collega die wel een gzondheidswerker is, in 31% een vol-wassene binnen het huishouden, in 23% een volwassene bij vrije tijdsbeste-ding, in 8% een personeelslid van een instelling en in 8% ging het om een kind op school. 17% van de patiënten met een posi-tieve COVID-19 test was in de 14 dagen voorafgaand aan de test op reis ge-weest.

Parmi les patients présentant un con-tact connu avec un autre patient con-firmé de COVID-19, ceux-ci étaient principalement des con-tacts adultes Dans 23% il s’agissait d’un collègue qui n’est pas un travailleur de santé, dans 7% un collègue qui est un travailleur de santé, dans 31% un adulte dans le mé-nage, dans 23% un adulte à des activi-tés de loisirs, dans 8% un membre du personnel d’une institution et dans 8% un enfant à l’école.

17% des patients présentant un essai posi-tive de COVID-19 avaient voyagé dans les 14 jours précédant le test..

Last week, 33% of patients with a posi-tive COVID-19 test had a prior contact with a known confirmed Covid-19 pa-tient. Among the patients with a known con-tact with another confirmed COVID-19 patient, these were mainly adult con-tacts in 23% it concerned a colleague who is not a health worker, in 8% a col-league who is a health worker in 31% an adult in the household, in 23% an adult at leisure activities, in 8% a staff mem-ber in an institution and in 8% a child at school. 17% of patients with a positive COVID-19 test had been traveling in the 14 days leading up to the test.
