We would love to hear from you! YOUR ROLE MCS is looking for a competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a challenging software sales environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious new customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.Generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales drives you daily! You support our growth and business development strategy by means of prospection, lead generation, lead qualification, proposal and account management. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Get familiar with the MCS business lines in both software as advisory services • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails • Understand customer needs and requirements • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives , or close sales within your area of responsibility • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory • Perform effective online demos to prospects • Be a professional spokesperson for MCS in English, Dutch and French • Follow up customer prospects with passion and drive. Adjust sales scripts. • Explain standard products or services • Coach and monitor external calling service providers

REQUIREMENTS • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French (verbal and written). Other languages are a plus. • Concise, convincing communication style • Effective writing skills to turn in reports and improve phone scripts and electronic messages • Accuracy & organization skills • Creativity and perseverance • Strong result orientation, committed to deliver • Previous sales experience within a software and/or services environment is considered a plus • Ideally an interest to grow into a business developer within timeframe of 24 months • Excellent time and stress management skills • Advanced knowledge MS Office • A true team player
