Islamic Capital Market Graduate Training Scheme(ICMGTS)The Islamic Capital Market Graduate Training Scheme (ICMGTS) is intendedto create a pool of human capital to facilitate the development of ICMin Malaysia. To ensure the success of this key objective, emphasis will beplaced on producing forward-thinking professionals with sound technicalknowledge and good communication skills. Funded by the Capital MarketDevelopment Fund (CMDF), the ICMGTS is intended to provide an avenuefor graduates, to acquire the right skills set and a basic knowledgeof ICM. Essentially, the ICMGTS provides a comprehensive overviewof ICM based on various teaching methodologies, comprising lectures,illustrative examples, case studies, and simulation that can be readilyapplied for complex ICM principles.

Programme ModulesThe programme consists of 8 weeks training on 5 technical ICM modules and4 soft skills modules and has been duly endorsed by the capital market industry.
