SCIENCE STREAM

Those students who are looking for a career in Engineering,

Medical Sciences, Biotechnology, Information Technology,

Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Nuclear Physics and others have

to enroll under science stream. After +2 education, one can

specialize one’s area of interest.

Eligibility for Admission

Candidates securing at least first division or equivalent in the SEE

Examination are eligible to appear in the entrance test for science

stream. However, they have to get through the entrance test and the

accompanying interview for admission.

Being the student of Management stream, one becomes liable for the career related to Banking and

financial sectors. Moreover, higher secondary (+2) program expose the students to the broad range of

management and business studies. We focus on need-based education imparted through class

presentation and interaction. We instill in students the leadership quality highly valued in global

marketing

Eligibility for Addmission

SEE or equivalent education with minimum second division or equivalent is required to apply for the

stream of Management. However, the candidates have to get through the entrance test and the

accompanying interview for admission.

ELIGIBILITY

SEE or Equivalent Examination passed with the First Division

or equivalent for the Science stream and the Second Division

or equivalent for the Management stream.

INTERVIEW

All the qualified candidates of the entrance test will be

interviewed along with their Parents/Guardian.

FINAL RESULT

Finally the admission will be granted on the basis of

SEE score, Entrance Test score and the Interview.

Student Counselling

SIDDHARTHA gives equal importance to

student counseling in order to motivate

them toward their long-term goal and

inspire them to study. Assistance from the

parents is also entertained if required. The

school also organizes career counselling

program for students to pursue a brilliant

career inside the country or abroad.

Medical and Engineering

Entrance Preparation classes

Most of science students who join science stream

aspire to study either Medicine (MBBS) or

Engineering (BE) after the completion of their

plus two education. To win scholarship in their

chosen field, they have to face the cut-throat

competition. Realizing this fact, the school

conducts entrance preparation classes for

interested students. This program helps them

get success in the competitive examinations.

Intensive Classes

Those students who are unable to

meet the academic standards are

placed on academic probation. They

are provided with extra intensive

classes before the final exam.

Attendance and

Academic Progress

To obtain good results, students must

take classes regularly and do their

assignments with utmost sincerity.

Therefore, students are expected to attend

the classes regularly. There is provision for

informing the guardian promptly if the

student is absent or not punctual. Students

must do classroom and home assignments

sincerely and step on to academic progress.

We keep the record of home assignment

submission and their progress report.

Evaluation of academic progress of the student is an essential part of teaching-learning activity. The school

conducts unit tests, two terminal examinations and then pre-board examinations before their final Exams.

Note :

Scholarships on tuition fees are allocated up to first 3 months and may be changed according to the result of

every terminal examination. It will be cancelled at any time if the students fail to maintain the rules and

regulation of the school.

Disciplinary system

The school believes that quality education comes with discipline; we don't condone any violations of rules and

regulations of the school. We have some norms and values which all students must observe strictly.

• Attendance of the students is a must for as a mandatory condition for final examination

• School uniform is a must

• Students must enter and leave the school within the scheduled time

• Students are not allowed to enter the school having odd hairstyle, with cell phones, video games,

magazines, etc.

• Undue disturbance in class rooms will not be tolerated. If students are found involved in such activities,

actions will be taken immediately

• Except for parents and guardians, no other persons are allowed to meet during the school hours

• Without convincing reasons, absentees during school days and examinations will be punished in some form.

Computer LaboratoryWe have a spacious and well-planned computer lab with the

latest hi-tech configuration of hardware and software to

support all the academic and administrative programs. All

students are given access to the internet. They can search for

new information using online public catalogues. The ultimate

aim of the lab is to promote the cultivation of computing skills

among students.

Biology Laboratory

Biology is the study of living organisms, even of microscopic

size. Our Biology lab includes the most recent facilities, which

are used by the concerned students. Sophisticated micro-

scopes help students identify microorganisms. We give special

preference to the slide preparations, identification of the speci-

mens, dissections, tissue culture of animal and plant genetics

etc.

Physics Laboratory

In Physics laboratory, students enjoy the well set-up lab and

marvelous apparatus like Traveling Microscopes,

Semiconductor Devices, Meter Bridges, Sonometers,

Micrometers and many more. By handling such equipment,

the research aptitude of the student gets sharpened.
