Under the title of Fellinianno 2013, symbolically inaugurated last November withthe opening of a room in the Museo della Citt dedicated to the Book of Dreamsby Federico Fellini, Rimini intends to organise and promote a series of initiatives andevents to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of the death of the great directorand to celebrate the decennial anniversaries of I vitelloni (60 years), 8 e (50years), Amarcord (40 years) and And the Ship Sails On (30 years). These lmstrace and expose the strong connection with Rimini found in the work of the great

Maestro. Throughout the year and especially in the summer months, the mostdiverse exhibition spaces and places in the city, institutional and formal, permanentand temporary, will host events inspired by Fellini and his memory: concerts,meetings, talks, exhibitions, lms, performances and ballets. Projections of greatpopular appeal will alternate with moments of in-depth analysis and the previews ofvarious shows with revisiting and new interpretations, openings of virtual sites will

An invitation to immerse yourself in the archaeology and art of a city that boasts an-cient origin. The Domus del Chirurgo and the Museo della Citt offer visitors a gui-ded tour of the excavation area which unearthed the taberna medica tted with withthe most remarkable collection of surgical equipment from the Roman era.
