Liaison with Ship Owner, Shipmaster, Ports, Ship agents, and coordinates for Shipping schedule, Berthing Programme, Daily Load and Discharge of Cargo, Placement of Vessel, Finalising quantities, Protest Letters. Responsible for vessel planning to execute & complete contract pertain to bulk/container shipments in time, communicate with Masters, Head owners, Ship brokers, port agents etc, to review and release b/l’s Close monitor of vessel reports, stoweplan, calculation of loadable quantity to avoid dead freight, hatch inspection, hook capacity, arrangement of grabs from port if found poor quality of existing vessel Calculating Laytime / Demmurage on vessels, and billing to parties and make sure of receivables, Issuing delivery orders for unloading the cargo from vessel, Close coordination with customs for imports.
