Model KTP/MKTP

Das KTP- System erfüllt sehr hoheSicherheitsanforderungen bei Tankinstallationen, die keinen Tank-Untenauslauf aufgrund der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen auf-weisen dürfen.

Das Prinzip der KTP-Systeme hatsich seit über 30 Jahren vor allembei Lösungsmitteln, Flüssiggasund Broom bestens bewährt.Typische Anwendungen ergebensich für den Transport von chlo-rierten und fluorierten Kohlenwas-serstoffen, Propylen und anderenaggressiven, giftigen oder leicht siedenden Flüssigkeiten, diean Lagertanks verteilt werdenmüssen.

Das System besteht aus einer kur-zen Tauchpumpe ohne Zwischen-lager, die in einem eigenen Vorla-gebehälter steht; Dazu kommt einInjektor, der im Haupttank an derniedrigsten Stelle installiert ist.Von der Druckleitung der KTP führteine Abzweigung zum Injektor, derdie Prozessflüssigkeit aus demHaupttank in das Vorlagegefässfördert.

Mit diesem Prinzip werden Ab-senktiefen von bis zu 30 m erzielt.Dieses System wird auch bei niedrigen NPSH-Werten der Anlageerfolgreich eingesetzt. Ähnliche Systeme können auf An-frage mit dichtungslosen Magnet-kupplungs-Pumpen in verschiede-nen Varianten und Werkstoffen an-geboten werden.

Model KTP/MKTP

The KTP-systems full fills today'sessential safety requirements of no tank outlets below the liquidlevel.

The principal of the short immer-sed pump-system (KTP) has beenproven for more than 30 years, especially in storage tank facilitiesfor solvents, LPG and bromine applications.

Typical applications are found inthe transfer of chlorinated and fluorinated hydrocarbons, propy-lene and other aggressive, poisonous and light-density liquid.

The short immersed pump systemconsist of a vertical cantileverpump, without line shaft bearings,installed in its own priming tankand an ejector mounted at the lowest point of the main storagetank. A partial stream is takenfrom the discharge pipe of theKTP and feeds the ejector, whichin turn delivers process liquid from the storage tank to thepump's priming tank.

With this system we can achieve apriming head of up to 30 m. Thissystem is also used in installations with very low NPSH available.Similar system can be offered utili-sing a sealles magnetic drivepump.

Modelo KTP/MKTP

El sistema KTP alcanza los másaltos niveles de seguridad exigi-dos en las instalaciones de tan-ques desprovistos de desagüe enel fondo.Durante más de 30 años el princi-pio a la base del sistema de bom-bas sumergibles cortas KTP, hadado óptimos resultados en elramo de los disolventes, del gas li-cuado y en toda la gama de losproductos brómicos.Es de uso común en las operacio-nes de almacenaje y distribuciónde líquidos con alto riesgo, comoson los hidrocarburos clorados yfluorados, el propileno y otros flui-dos agresivos, tóxicos y de fácilevaporación.

Prescindiendo de cualquier tanqueintermedio, este sistema se com-pone sólamente de una bombacorta sumergible, emplazada ensu propio tanque, y de un inyectorsituado en el fondo de la cisterna.Por medio de una ramificación en la tubería de impulsión de la KTPse desvía una parte del líquidohacia el inyector, el cual impele elfluido de la cisterna hacia el tanque de la bomba. Este sistema,con el que se alcanzan profundi-dades de hasta 30m, es empleadoeficazmente en instalaciones conbajo NPSH disponible.

Sobre demanda también se pro-ponen sistemas similares conbombas de acoplamiento magnéti-co, sin cierre mecánico, en las más diversas variantes de montajey de materiales.

Model ZMP

Diese Maschine übt gleich-zeitig drei Funktionen in einemaus:

1. Mischen2. Zerkleinern3. Pumpen

Im Pumpengehäuse befindet sichanstelle des herkömmlichen Laufrades ein schräg auf der Welle befestigter Rotor. Dreht sich die Welle, so wird auchder Rotor in Rotation gesetzt und führt dank der schrägen An-ordnung des Rotors gleich-zeitig Taumelbewegungen aus.

Für die Zerkleinerung wurde derRotor wie auch das Büchsen-segment mit Verzahnungen sowiemit Schlitzen oder Löchern ver-sehen. Die Verzahnungen bewirkenein Zerkleinern der in der Träger-flüssigkeit mitgeführten Feststoffe.Die ZMP ist ein ausgezeichneterZerkleinerer, der gleichzeitig mi-schen und pumpen kann.

Anwendungsmöglichkeiten sind: Farbpigmente, PVC Granulat, Bitu-men sowie allgemeine Chemie -Anwendungen.

Model ZMP

This is a multi-purpose machine with three distinct functions:

1. Mixing2. Crushing3. Pumping

Within the pump casing, inplace of a standard impeller, there ismounted a diagonal toothed rotor. Rotation of the rotor generates a pumping action and at the sametime a tumbling/mixing motionwithin the casing.

In addition to pumping and mixingaction the main function is crus-hing. For this purpose the rotor aswell as the segments/screens aretoothed. As the rotor rotates, thisgenerates a crushing action of thesolids in the pump fluid. The pumpmodel ZMP has an excellent crus-hing action, which can at the sametime mix and pump the product.

Typical applications:Paint pigments, PVC Granulate, Bitumen, Pharmaceutical and General Chemical applications.

Esta máquina trituradora tiene la propiedad de ejercer tres funcio-nes simultáneamente:

1. Mezclar2. Triturar3. Bombear

En lugar del rodete tradicional enel cuerpo de la bomba se encuen-tra un rotor acoplado oblicuamen-te al árbol. Cuando este últimogira, la rotación es transmitida alrotor, que por efecto de su dis-posición oblicua provoca un movi-miento giratorio tambaleante.

A las funciones de mezclar y bom-bear se añade la de triturar. Paraello, tanto el disco como la camisainterior están provistos de segmen-tos dentados y perforados conranuras u orificios. Los segmentosdentados ocasionan la trituraciónde los sólidos contenidos en el flui-do. La ZMP es una excelente trituradora, que además es capazde mezclar y bombear a un mismotiempo.

Campos de aplicación:En la fabricación de pigmentos,PVC granulado, bitumen, así comoen diversos procesos químicos.

Model IL-BTO

Wenn enge Platzverhältnisse undFördermedien mit hohem Fest-stoffanteil die Rahmenbedingungdarstellen, bietet die vertikale IN-LINE Pumpe Typ IL-BTO einetechnisch einwandfreie Lösung.

Durch die vertikale Bauart setzensich die Feststoffe während desStillstandes am tiefsten Punkt, d.h.am Bodendeckel, ab. Beim erneu-ten Anfahren der Pumpe sinddaher keine Feststoffe im Bereichder Gleitringdichtung vorhanden.Aufgrund dieser Kombination er-gibt sich eine sehr hohe Stand-zeit an der Wellenabdichtung sowieder Pumpe.Die IL-BTO zeichnet sich durch einüberzeugendes Demontage Kon-zept aus:Ein Lagerstuhl in schwerer Prozess-bauart ist über den Zwischen-flansch mit einem handelsüblichenNormmotor verbunden. Durch diese geniale Konzeptioneines Bodendeckels ist der komplette Ausbau aller rotierendenTeile, mit Ausnahme der Welle,nach Demontage des unteren Ge-häusedeckels möglich.

Model IL-BTO

If space is a premium, and the pro-cess fluid has a high solid content,then the vertical in-line pumpmodel IL-BTO is an excellent tech-nical solution.

With the vertical design, when thepump is stationary all solids settleto the bottom of the pump casing,away from the seal, so when the pump is restarted there are nosolids around the mechanical seal. This arrangement results inan extended life of both the pump and shaft sealing system.

A heavy duty process-bearingframe allows the use of standardmotors via an intermediate adap-ter flange. The wetted end of thepump is easily accessible via a removable lower casing cover, allo-wing access and removal of theimpeller, shaft sleeve and mecha-nical seal assembly.

Modelo IL-BTO

Cuando a unas condiciones deespacio restringidas se suma unalto contenido de sólidos en el fluido, la bomba vertical IN-LINE,tipo IL-BTO, ofrece una solucióntécnica impecable.

Durante las fases de parada y debi-do a la colocación vertical de labomba los sólidos se depositan enel fondo. Esto hace posible que el cierre mecánico esté libre de lainfluencia negativa de los sólidosen el momento del arranque, locual significa menos desgaste delcierre mecánico y menos tiempode mantenimiento.

En las bomba tradicionales IN-LINEes su desmontaje lo que a menu-do se critica. En este punto labomba IL-BTO ofrece una soluciónbrillante.

Un asiento de rodamientos de ro-busta construcción se acopla amotores de serie mediante unabrida intermedia. Gracias a unaconcepción genial «Bottom Dropout» es posible desmontar todaslas piezas giratorias – excepto el árbol– quitando sólamente latapa inferior del cuerpo de labomba.
