Implementation projects: MKM for knowledge Mgt, CFIHOS for hand over specification of information, WCP-IP CBM for condition based maintenance, eBook for capturing engineering knowledge

Best practices such as As-Built Best Practice

Has an integrating role in bringing global standards groups together e,g, in the DIG (Data Integration Group)

Doel: Het vastleggen en initiëren EU-NL richtlijn voor het consistent, volledig en tijdig vastleggen van informatie, kennis en kunde die voor het adequaat uitvoeren van onderhoud noodzakelijk is.

Deliverables:1. Roadmap kennis management in maintenance2. Sets van minimum informatie vereiste voor onderhoud3. Vertaling van deze sets naar “Kennis Modules”4. Toepassing van deze modules in een fabriekssituatie5. Vastleggen methodiek MKM en initiëren EU richtlijn

Bedrijven worden minder afhankelijk van de persoon die de kennis draagt waardoor vergrijzing en verloop het hoofd geboden kunnen worden.

Dezelfde getoetste basis kennis komt beschikbaar en is toepasbaar voor alle bedrijven in de toeleverketen.

Uniforme opzet van kennismanagement systemen zodat basiskennis makkelijker uitgewisseld kan worden.

Beschikbare kennis management modules komen beschikbaar onder NEN/CEN/ISO en worden daar bijgehouden door de gezamenlijke industrie en onderwijs. Zij hoeven dus niet steeds opnieuw uitgevonden te worden
