CYBER-PHYSICAL SYSTEM

The German Committee of Experts on Industry:

“Systems, that directly links real (physical) objects and processes with information processing (virtual) objects and processes via open, partially global and always interconnected information networks.

Kagermann et al. (2013):

“[…] include embedded systems, production, logistics, engineering, coordination and management processes as well as internet services, which by courtesy of sensors directly collect physical data and by means of actuators influence physical procedures. These systems are interconnected via digital networks, use worldwide available data and services and are equipped with human-machine interfaces. Cyber-Physical- Systems are open socio-technical systems, which enable several novel functions, services and capabilities

KARAKTERISTIK INDUSTRY 4.0

The fourth industrial revolution....

Real and virtual world are merging

Internet of things penetrates the industrial environment

CPS-based production systems need to be understood as interactive socio-technical systems

and its consequences….

New work processes

New requirements in the workplace

New forms of human-machine interaction

Company-wide production and logistics processes

Monitoring and controlling of entire value chains in real-time

TRADITIONAL VS INDUSTRY 4.0

Page 19: Industry 4.0 - Yogyakarta

APA YANG PERLU DILAKUKAN

Memahami dan memprediksi peluang danresiko 4IR ke depannya

Memiliki infrastruktur untuk antisipasiperubahan teknologi

Menangai isu cyber security

Menjaga kohesi sosial, seperti ketidakstabilanpasar tenaga kerja dan distribusi kekayaan(regulasi ketenaga kerjaan, pajak teknologi, basic income)

Page 20: Industry 4.0 - Yogyakarta

EMPAT SKENARIO

Managing the market.

Open for Business. Contoh Singapore yang menarikinvestasi dengan penataan pajak, mendukung investasiinfrastruktur (Seperti 5G) dan keterbukaan untukperdagangan
