1 Robust frame constructionThrough-going U-profiled longitudinal chassis beams on each side as well as two horizontal chassis beams for a very strong frame construction. Instead, N7-202 ptd and N7-202 pts has an extra longitudinal profile in the drawbar – a drawbar that goes to the back of the trailer.

2 Good and safe driving featuresV-drawbar with reinforcement, independent suspension and rubber spring axle guarantee a good and safe drive.

3 Strong and functional side panelsThe profiled side panels made of first-class hot dip galvanised steelare bent to endure high resistance. Cover tie-down buttons arestandard on the NEPTUN trailers for easy tie-down of either flat or high covers.

4 Easy cargo securingLashing rings in all four corners to secure the cargo. The lashing rings are not fitted in the plywood floor but on the panels. The advantage of this is optimal utilisation of the bed, and the plywood floor does not get damaged by drilling.

5 Protected multi-function tail lightsThe multi-function tail lights are mounted and protected under the tail gate. Thus, the ground connections of the tail lights are protected from moist and verdigris in the best possible way and function for years without any problems.

4 Easy cargo securingLashing rings in all four corners to secure the cargo. The lashing rings are fitted in the plywood floor and the welded frame so that they can secure heavy and important cargo much better.

2 Protection when loading with a forkliftNORDICA has a strong steel profile in the outer edge of the platform. This steel profile protects the platform when loading with a forklift. Thus, the plywood floor is protected.

3 Removable corner postsThe corner posts on NORDICA are all removable, which makes thetrailer versatile and flexible. If all four sides and the corner posts areremoved, you suddenly have a completely flat trailer for transport of large dimension cargo.

4 Strong panels, strong closing systemNORDICA partly has double panels which makes them stronger and more resistant. In addition, NORDICA is equipped with a double closing system at each corner as well. This makes NORDICA to the preferred trailer for the serious or professional user.

TRAILER FOR TRANSPORTING MACHINES, QUADS OR SNOWMOBILES

� Large loading area. � High strength of the design is ensured by a fully welded frame,

cold-bent longitudinal chassis beams, transverse beams and a reinforced welded draw-bar. All parts are hot-dip galvanised.

� Chassis (in the N7-380 m18r and N7-350 CT models) is fitted with leaf springs and a shock absorber for safe and stable driving.

� Independent suspension on AL-KO axles for safe and stable driving (in models with brakes).

� The trailer cargo box is tiltable and equipped with a gas spring (in model N7-350 CT) and screw jack in other models.

� Rear side wall of the trailer is also a ramp. � The side walls are made of high quality galvanised steel sheet.

They are profiled to obtain high rigidity and impact resistance, as well as for better aesthetics.

� Front and rear side walls are openable. � Side walls can be easily removed. The user receives a flat

platform for transporting larger cargo.

� The holders of the load securing tape (rope) are located in the corners and in the middle of the trailer cargo box. They are fixed to the floor and to the welded frame, which makes it possible to secure the cargo much better.

� Multifunctional lamps are mounted inside the rear beam. In this manner, they are protected against damage, moisture and mud. The cable connectors are protected in the best possible way and guarantee the long-term, maintenance-free operation.

� Standard trailer equipment includes:• In models 380 m18, manoeuvring wheel with a clamp,

two clamps at the rear of the trailer, screw jack, in addition, in models with brakes, wheel chocks.

• Model N7-350 CT is fitted with manoeuvring wheel with a clamp, gas spring and winch.

• Additional optional accessories listed in the table are offered for trailers.

VEHICLE AND MACHINERY TRANSPORT TRAILER � High strength of the entire structure is ensured by a fully

welded frame and hot dip galvanised draw-bar. � Trailer N27-420 2 atb is fitted with two ramps

made of extruded perforated metal sheet to facilitate the entry and exit of the vehicle from the platform. The ramps are hidden in special pockets under the platform and additionally protected against vibration and ejection.

� The vehicles in models "albs" and "atb" are carried transport rails made of extruded perforated metal sheet. In addition, the 'albs' single-axle trailers are fitted with comfortable platforms on both sides of the wings, and the left wing can be tilted to facilitate getting in or off the vehicle carried on the tow truck.

� The 'albs' tow trucks have a tiltable load platform, which enables unloading the trailer without having to unhook it. Stabilisation of platform tilt during loading and unloading is ensured by gas springs.

� The trailers have independent suspension on AL-KO axles for safe and stable driving.

� Multifunctional lamps are mounted inside the rear beam. In this manner, they are protected against damage, moisture and mud. TRAILER FOR TRANSPORTING MACHINES, QUADS OR SNOWMOBILES

� Large loading area of 3800 x 1800 mm. � Trailer cargo box is tiltable and equipped with a powerful 700 kg screw jack.

� The trailer is equipped with a 15 mm thick anti-slip plywood floor.

� Rear side wall of the trailer is also a ramp. � 250 mm side walls are made of high quality galvanised steel

sheet. They are profiled to obtain high rigidity and impact resistance, as well as for better aesthetics. Front and rear side walls are openable. Side walls can be easily removed. The user receives a flat platform for transporting larger cargo.

� The holders of the load securing tape (rope) are located in the corners (4 pcs) and in the middle of the trailer cargo box (8 pcs). They are fixed to the floor and to the welded frame, which makes it possible to secure the cargo much better.

� High strength of the design is ensured by a fully welded frame, cold-bent longitudinal chassis beams, four transverse beams and a reinforced draw-bar. All parts are hot-dip galvanised.

� Multifunctional lamps are mounted inside the rear beam. In this manner, they are protected against damage, moisture and mud. The cable connectors are protected in the best possible way and guarantee the long-term, maintenance-free operation.

� The trailer is perfect for transporting machines, quads or snowmobiles.

� Models with brakes are fitted with independent and AL-KO axle suspension for safe and stable driving. And in trailer N7-380 m18r without break, version A, this function is performed by leaf springs and shock absorbers.

� The standard equipment of trailers includes: manoeuvring wheel with a clamp, two clamps at the rear of the trailer, screw jack, wheel chocks (in models with brakes).
