Research Progress of in situ Generated Polymer Electrolyte for Rechargeable Batteries Jian-jun Zhang, Jin-feng Yang, Han Wu, Min Zhang, Ting-ting Liu, Jin-ning Zhang, Shan-mu Dong, Guang-lei Cui

In situ generated polymer electrolytes can avoid the safety problems caused by liquid electrolytes, and it can also solve the drawbacks in the

prior art of pollution, trivial technological operation and so on at the same time. Furthermore, it can form stable solid/solid interfaces (CEI and

SEI), which are beneficial to improving the cycle life of rechargeable batteries. These advantages give it a promising application prospect.

Improving our understanding of the physiological or pathological cell/tissue microenvironment

would greatly benefit the development of better functional surface/interface for biomedical

applications. It’s anticipated that biomaterials with rationally designed surface/interfaces could

regulate the biological properties of cells in the contact region and remodel the surrounding

In situ generation of polymer electrolytes can solve the safety problems displayed by

liquid electrolytes and meanwhile address the issues existing in the prior art such as

pollution, trivial technological operation, etc. Furthermore, it endows the electrolytes

prepared with stable solid/solid interfaces (CEI and SEI), which are beneficial to an

extended cycle life of rechargeable batteries. These advantages make it a promising

technique for practical applications.

Monte Carlo Simulations of the Self-assembly of ABA Tri-block Copolymers inside an Oil-in-water Emulsion Droplet Ling-fei Zheng, Zheng Wang, Yu-hua Yin, Run Jiang, Bao-hui Li

We investigated the influences of fB and φ on the morphology of ABA tri-block

copolymer particles. The shape of micelles inside a non-porosity particle changes

as fB increased. The successful morphological transition from non-porosity particle

to closed-porosity particle was achieved and then open-porosity particle could be

observed with the increase of φ.

Azo-based Photo-thermal Materials Based on Rapid Heat Release Qing-hai Yan, Yi-yu Feng, Wei Feng

We introduced a push-pull electronic structure into photo-thermal storage material

of 4-((3,5-dimethoxyaniline)-diazenyl)-2-thiazole/rGO. The fast heat release results

in a high power output, realizing a thermal controllable display. This technology

holds great potential in thermal management system and thermal visualization.

Fabrication and Property of Electric-induced Self-healing Nanocomposite Hydrogels Bai-shen Wu, Yuan-chao Ye, Zhen Li, Zhi-yuan Liu, Yuan-yuan Pei, Chuan-rui Chen, Hai-li Qin, Huan-huan Liu

We prepared a kind of robust and highly stretchable

conductive nanocomposite hydrogel with rapid and

highly efficient self-healing performance.

Combined with the dynamic Au-S coordination

interaction in the polymer network, the damaged

hydrogel can be self-healed in real-time under the

external power supply, providing great potentials as

building blocks for construction of smart, flexible

electronic device.

Synthesis and Properties of Polystyrene-g-Poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline) Amphiphilic Graft Copolymers Can-yu Dou, Yan-jun Zhang, Chen Zhang, Yi-xian Wu

Polystyrene-g-poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline)

amphiphilic graft copolymers were successfully

synthesized and the above amphiphilic graft

copolymers possess versatile properties such as self-

assembly, emulsification, good thermal stability,

antibacterial property and anti-protein adsorption.

Study on the Key Factors of Reversible Plasticity Shape Memory of Polynorbornene Mao-lin Zhang, Xing-xing Ji, Xin-yan Shi

The key influence factors affecting reversible plastic shape memory effect of

PNB were studied. Plasticizing oil can adjust Tg to room temperature; PNB has

excellent shape memory performance when the deformation temperature is 2 ℃

lower than Tg initiation temperature and prolonging relaxation time can increase

the shape fixed ratio of PNB.

Copolymerization of Myrcene with Styrene Catalyzed by Half-sandwich Scandium Complexes Wei Liu, Yun-yun Song, Kai-ying Diao, Fang Guo

The copolymerization of myrcene with styrene by the half-sandwich scandium complexes (C5Me4SiMe3)Sc(CH2SiMe3)2(THF) (1) and

(C5H5)Sc(CH2SiMe3)2(THF) (2) have been successfully achieved to afford atactic polystyrene-cis-1,4-polymyrcene diblock copolymers and

syndiotactic polystyrene-3,4-polymyrcene gradient copolymers with controllable compositions, high molecular weight and narrow molecular

weight distribution.

DNA-assisted High-efficient Purifying and Encoding of Gold Nanotriangles Shuang Lu, Wei-na Fang, Li-hua Wang, Hua-jie Liu

We propose a new approach to separate nanoparticles by electrophoresis

according to their sizes and shapes with the help of thiol-DNA. Then such

separated nanoparticles can be linked to other structures through hybridization

of DNA. Therefore, it is a simple and extensible method for purifying raw

product of colloidal nanoparticle.
