Our journey to becoming an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) was driven by a quest to save our customers money. Even though we were already producing the highest quality slurry pumps available, using only premium grade materials and the highest manufacturing standards, we recognised that the outdated traditional pump design, prevalent in the marketplace, was preventing us from giving our customers what they truly deserved. As a team, it was now up to us to drive the technological and design innovations needed to take our customers TOC savings to the next level. Our celebrated CURVE Range was a product of this guiding principle. Technological advances of the CURVE Range design, enabled us to generate unparalleled savings for our customers. We are privileged to have developed strategic relationships with many of the leading companies within the sectors we serve. And, driven by their regular interaction with our employees, we have expanded our product range substantially over time. Our comprehensive collection of pumps and spares currently supports companies using both legacy pumping systems and our proprietary CURVE Range. Slurry pumps and slurry pump maintenance account for a large portion of an engineer’s budget. We’re always looking for ways to help you drive these costs down.

From a clean sheet, we employed the latest technology and came up with the CURVE: a new range of slurry pumps that has revolutionized the slurry pump industry. The CURVE range has reduced Total Ownership Cost (TOC) in all applications and is currently pumping all slurry types in different locations all over the world, from the East coast of Australia to the West coast of the Americas. We are proud beyond measure of what we have achieved with our CURVE range of slurry pumps. With our proven track record of unrivaled client support and service delivery, we are making the CURVE a tremendous success!

To further lower TOC, working from a blank slate and employing the latest technology, we developed a completely new range of slurry pumps: the CURVE range. Among its many benefits, the CURVE significantly reduces your pump-related costs.

Best-in-Class Safety & Ease of Maintenance• Careful consideration of the on-site use and

maintenance of CURVE range pumps led us to develop dedicated lifting and fitting tools that further enhance our CURVE range offering

Reduce Power Consumption• Optimal hydraulic design and machined tolerances

achieve higher efficiencies, resulting in lower power consumption

• The CURVE adjustable suction liner ensures that these efficiencies are maintained throughout the complete life cycle of the pump

Increased Availability• Lower speeds achieved to do the same duty result in

longer wear life• Hydraulic design ensures even wear distribution,

eliminating “holing” effects and thus avoiding untimely breakdowns

• Longer wear life extends intervals between routine maintenance

Drive down Total Ownership Cost• The combination of design and materials ensures that

CURVE pumps have the lowest operating costs in the world

• Savings of between 30% and 50% are achieved through innovative engineering design changes

• Our holistic design approach not only ensures lower replacement costs but lower power consumption and wear rates as well

• A completely redesigned sealing arrangement allows the client to use a dry seal instead of costly gland service water

• Unique anti-clogging stuffing box design, for areas where necessary, makes it possible to move away from potable water required for gland service water

• Due to the innovative and robust design of the CURVE shaft sleeve, it is not necessary to service a pump simply to replace the shaft sleeve

Unrivaled Shaft Sealing Capabilities
