Leadership Position in Teaching:Between 10/2005 and 12/2009, I was the sole provider of all breast imaging education that occurred outside of the clinical setting of the breast imaging reading room. This included breast imaging education for University of Colorado Diagnostic Radiology Residents, University of Colorado Women’s Imaging Fellows, and University of Colorado Medical Students. In this role, I developed the 2 year Breast Imaging Core Lecture Series Curriculum for the Radiology Residents, including the core lectures and the accompanying syllabus. I also participated in preparation for the Radiology Residency’s successful ACGME Site Visit in September 2009.

Initiated utilization of CADstream (initially) and Aegis (subsequently) computer assisted detection in breast MRI interpretations.

Started a new service line of Digital Breast Tomosynthesis Mammography in May 2012.

Started a new service line of digital mammography on a mobile coach in December 2012.

Started a new location of services – opened a full-service Breast Imaging Center in Lone Tree, Colorado in December 2013. Services offered: digital breast tomosynthesis mammography, breast ultrasound, breast ultrasound guided core biopsy, stereotactic guided core biopsy, breast MRI, MRI guided breast biopsy, and pre-operative breast needle localizations.
