Round 1

Schools to shortlist Two teams for Consilium (2-3 members perteam) Post registration teams will be sent the case Submission of 2 page executive summary + 2 pages of exhibits. Teams expected to accurately define problem and approach/methodology to proposed solution.

Round 2

Finale

COMPETITION STRUCTURE

Shortlisted teams expected to submit detailed analysis of Level 1case and recommendation in 15 slides maximum.

Submissions will be judged on the basis of quality of analysis andrecommendations.

Shortlisted teams will be provided with a live business problem Teams can use any resources available to them for the analysis Final presentation will be at Hyderabad campus Proposed solution will be judged on solutions implementationfeasibility and thoroughness of analysis

B-Schools representatives shall register the two teams selected torepresent their school by sending team details to the following email ID-

Consilium@isb.edu by September 12th 12.00 noon

The following details for the team should be sent Team Name, Names ofTeam Members and Email IDs of Team members

Only the teams selected and registered by the B-Schools representativewill be considered for the competition

All full-time and part-time students enrolled in a graduateprogram(including Executive MBAs) during the academic year 2013-2014are eligible to participate in the competition.

Only teams selected by the respective B-School are eligible to participatein the competition

Teams shortlisted for the finale, to be held at ISB Hyderabad Campus willbe provided with free boarding and lodging.
