Beste sportvrienden, Het doet me veel plezier namens het bestuur en de directie van de Stichting Euro-Sportring alle teams bij de Maastricht Trophy te verwelkomen. Ik hoop dat de deelnemers zullen genieten van hun verblijf in Maastricht en dat ze een bijdrage zullen leveren aan een sportieve sfeer op en rond de sportvelden. Bij deze wil ik tevens de leden van het organisatie comité van de Maastricht Trophy, de besturen van RKVVL/Polaris en vv SCM en de gemeente Maastricht, bedanken voor hun

inzet om dit evenement mogelijk te maken. Ik wens iedereen een geweldig fijne tijd en veel succes toe! Beste voetbalvrienden, bezoekers, spelers en begeleiders, Allereerst wil ik u en jullie een warm welkom heten op ons sportcomplex van RKVVL/Polaris in Maastricht-West. Maastricht Trophy is er dit jaar weer in geslaagd om een gevarieerd deelnemersveld bij elkaar te krijgen. Er is een intensieve periode van voorbereiding aan vooraf gegaan en het resultaat zal de komende dagen te zien zijn. Het programma en speelschema’s zijn

zorgvuldig samengesteld. Wij als bestuur van RKVVL/Polaris vinden het belangrijk dat dit toernooi wordt georganiseerd. Het is voor de ontwikkeling van de jeugdteams belangrijk dat zij, naast de competitie, ook toernooien spelen. Ik hoop dat u zult genieten van dit toernooi en dat alle wedstrijden sportief zullen verlopen. Fair play staat voorop en dit willen we ook laten zien in dit toernooi. Als laatste wil ik de leden van RKVVL/Polaris en SCM hartelijk danken voor de organisatie. Dit toernooi is voor velen een afsluiting van een lang voetbalseizoen, waarbij respect en sportiviteit hoog in het vaandel staan. Hopelijk weten velen buiten de toernooiuren tijd vrij te maken om ook Maastricht en omstreken te leren kennen. We mogen als Maastrichtse vereniging trots zijn op onze stad die aan gasten zoveel te bieden heeft. Ik wens dan ook iedere speler, trainer, leider, supporter of andere deelnemer, een goed mooi en sportief toernooi toe zodat we kunnen terugkijken op een geslaagd Maastricht Trophy toernooi 2019 en mooi Pinksterweekend. Dear football friends, visitors, players and coaches, First of all I want to give you a warm welcome to our sports complex of RKVVL/Polaris in Maastricht-West. Once again Maastricht Trophy has succeeded this year in bringing together a varied field of participants. An intensive period of preparation has preceded and the result will be visible in the coming days. The program and the play schedules have been carefully composed.

The board of RKVVL/Polaris thinks it is important that this tournament is organized. For the development of the youth teams, it is important that they play tournaments in addition to the competition. I hope you will enjoy this tournament and that all competitions will be sporting. Fair play must be paramount and we want to show this in this tournament. Finally, I want to thank the members of RKVVL/Polaris and vv SCM for the organization. For many, this tournament is the end of a long football season, where respect and sportsmanship are paramount. Beste gasten van het Maastricht Trophy toernooi, Het is een hele eer om jullie namens ons bestuur en het organisatiecomité, wederom te mogen verwelkomen bij onze mooie vereniging vv SCM. Uiteraard doen wij, mede door onze gastvrijheid, wederom ons uiterste best om dit toernooi tot een waar succes te maken! Dit toernooi is een verrijking voor onze jeugd waarin wij hun de mogelijkheid kunnen

bieden om kennis te maken met andere internationale jeugdverenigingen. Uiteraard leidt dit voor de jeugd tot internationale verbroedering, ontwikkeling en passie. Kortom een verrijking van kennis en inzichten op alle gebieden! Dit toernooi draait om meer dan voetbal. De passie voor deze sport brengt ons samen en dat is een belangrijk aspect om dit toernooi met zijn allen tot een succes te maken. Jong of oud? Jongen of meisje? Veel of iets minder talent? Voetbal is er voor iedereen! Zodra je met veel plezier en passie deze sport beoefent dan ben je een toptalent! Uiteraard blijft dit een toernooi en wil je deze met winst afsluiten, maar een ware winnaar ben je als je dit toernooi met veel plezier, respect en sportiviteit doorlopen hebt! Zoals voorgaande jaren is gebleken, zijn we allemaal winnaars en is dit toernooi ook met respect naar elkaar toe en veel sportiviteit verlopen. Ik wil hier dan ook een groot compliment voor maken. Ter afsluiting wil ik alle vrijwilligers, scheidsrechters, EHBO medewerkers, begeleiders en trainers bedanken voor hun onvermoeibare inzet, gastvrijheid, betrokkenheid en het vlekkeloos laten verlopen van dit geweldig toernooi! Dear guests of the Maastricht Trophy tournament, Once again, it is a great honour to welcome you on behalf of our board and the organizing committee to our beautiful club vv SCM. Naturally, due to our hospitality, we do our utmost to make this tournament a true success! This tournament is an enrichment for our youth in which we can offer them the opportunity to get to know other international youth teams. This naturally leads to international fraternization,

development and passion for young people. In short, an enrichment of knowledge and insights in all areas! This tournament is about more than football. The passion for this sport brings us together and that is an important aspect to make this tournament successful. Young or old? Boy or girl? Talented of not? Football is for everyone! As soon as you practice this sport with great pleasure and passion, you are a top talent! Of course this remains a tournament and maybe you want to win the first prize, but you are a true winner if you have completed this tournament with a lot of fun, respect and sportsmanship! As previous years have shown, we are all winners and this tournament has also been respected and successful. I therefore want to make a big compliment for this. Beste gasten, Ook dit keer is het gelukt om vele teams uit 5 landen te interesseren om deel te nemen aan dit internationale toernooi. Ditmaal onder het thema “verdraagzaamheid door gezamenlijkheid”. Samen sporten, met elkaar de sportieve uitdaging aangaan. Teamsporters hebben elkaar nodig om hun passie voetbal waar te kunnen maken. Dit alles uiteraard in een sportieve en verdraagzame manier. We maken er een mooi evenement van ! Wat ook belangrijk is dat de essentie en de doelstelling van dit toernooi in al die jaren niet is veranderd: “Breng de jeugd van 10 tot 17 jaar nationaal en internationaal dichter bij elkaar door de voetbalsport”. Dit jaar hebben zich 88 teams uit 5 landen ingeschreven voor dit jeugdtreffen. Zonder sponsors is een toernooi van deze omvang niet mogelijk. Ook dit jaar hebben ze ons als organisatie het vertrouwen gegeven, onze hartelijke dank hiervoor. Een bijzondere plaats nemen ook de vrijwilligers en sympathisanten in. Zonder de inzet van deze enthousiastelingen en de vele uren die zij tijdens de voorbereiding van en tijdens het toernooi leveren, zou dit evenement überhaupt niet kunnen plaatsvinden. Dank daarvoor ! Verder mogen we vaststellen dat de overheid m.n. de Gemeente Maastricht en diverse organisaties ons steunen, materieel en financieel, om dit internationale jeugdvoetbal-toernooi mogelijk te maken. Dear guests, Once again we succeeded to interest many teams from 5 countries to take part in this international tournament. This time with the theme "tolerance through community". Sporting together, taking on the sporting challenge together. Team athletes need each other to make their football passion a reality. All this of course in a sporty and tolerant way. We make it a great event! Also important is that the essence and purpose of this tournament has not changed in all those years: "Bring the youth of 10 to 17 years closer together nationally and internationally through football sport". This year 88 teams from 5 countries have registered for this youth meeting. A tournament of this size is not possible without sponsors. This year they have also given us confidence as an organization, our heartfelt thanks for this. Volunteers and sympathizers also take a prominent position. Without the commitment of these enthusiasts and the many hours they provide during the preparation of and during the tournament, this event could not take place at all. Thanks for that ! Furthermore, we can state that the government, in particular the City of Maastricht and various organizations, support us, materially and financially, to make this international youth football tournament possible. Programma Vrijdagavond / Programm Friday evening Openingsceremonie Maastricht Trophy

De officiële opening vindt plaats op vrijdag 19.30 uur op het complex van vv SCM. De teams verzamelen zich tussen 19.15 en 19.30 uur op veld 1 waar de opening plaats zal vinden. Ieder land wordt begeleid met vlag naar het veld waar vervolgens de eed wordt afgenomen. De Sambaband Amistura zal voor het nodige spektakel zorgen. Op het einde van de opening zal er een UEFA respect moment plaatsvinden. We verzoeken alle teams, leiders, trainers en spelers om deel te nemen aan deze openingsceremonie. We doen een dringend verzoek aan de teamleiders en trainers om dit met alle spelers te doen.

Opening ceremony Maastricht Trophy

The opening ceremony will take place at Friday 19:30 hour at the site of vv SCM. The teams gather between 19:15 and 19:30 on field 1 where at 19:30 the opening will start. Each country is accompanied by flag to the field where then the oath will be taken. The Sambaband Amistura will give a spectacular performance. At the end of the opening ceremony there will be an UEFA moment of respect. We ask all teams, teamleaders, trainers and players to join the opening ceremony. We urgently request all leaders and trainers to take part in this opening and ask all players to do so as well.

Programma zaterdagavond / Programm Saturday evening Van 19.00 tot 19.30 uur is er een Hospitality bijeenkomst voor scheidsrechters, teamleiders en trainers bij vv SCM. Het is de gelegenheid om samen ervaringen uit te wisselen en kennis te maken. Vanaf 19.30 uur is er een gezellige avond in het clubhome vv SCM. Voor leiders en trainers is er een tafelvoetbal competitie. Trainers en leiders die mee willen doen, graag naam van te voren opgeven aan de organisatie. Iedereen (spelers, leiders, ouders, supporters) is welkom tijdens deze avond. Voor de jeugd zijn er outdoor voetbal spellen opgesteld waar iedereen gebruik kan maken. From 19.00 until 19.30 there is a Hospitality meeting for referees, team leaders and trainers at vv SCM. It is an opportunity to exchange experiences and get to know each other. From 19.30 there is a pleasant evening in the clubhome vv SCM. There is a table football competition for leaders and trainers. Trainers and leaders who want to participate, please provide the organization with a name in advance. Everyone (players, leaders, parents, supporters) is welcome during this evening. For the youth there are outdoor football games that everyone can use.

REGLEMENT "FAIR-PLAY" CUP Naast het prestatieve element in het internationaal voetbaltoernooi, levert elk team vanzelfsprekend een sportieve prestatie. Het team dat het meest sportief en correct speelt wint een speciale prijs: de "Fair-Play" bokaal. De beoordeling van het meest sportieve team vindt plaats door de heren scheidsrechters. REGLEMENT "FAIR-PLAY" POKAL Außerhalb das prästatieve Element im Internationale Turnier, leistet jede Gruppe selbstverständlich eine sportliche Prästation. Die Gruppe, die sich am meisten sportlich und einwandfrei benimmt, gewint einen speziellen Preis: Den "Fair-Play" Pokal. Die Beurteilung der meist sportliche Gruppe findet statt durch den Herren Schiedsrichter. REGLEMENT "COUPE FAIR-PLAY" Outre l'élément de la performance dans le tournoi international de football, chaque équipe bien sur s'efforce de se conduire de facon sportive. L'équipe avec le comportement le plus sportif et le plus correct, gagne un prix spécial la "Coupe Fair Play". Le jugement de l'équip la plus sportive se fait pas messieurs les arbitres. TOERNOOIREGLEMENT MAASTRICHT TROPHY 1. Reglement De wedstrijden worden gespeeld volgens de regels van de "International Football Association Board" van de FIFA en het reglement van de K.N.V.B. De bovengenoemde toernooiorganisator heeft de benodigde toestemming tot het houden van het toernooi verkregen van de KNVB De toernooiorganisator stelt een toernooicommissie samen die verantwoordelijk is voor de gehele toernooi-uitvoering.

2. Arbitrage De wedstrijden worden geleid door scheidsrechters aangesloten bij de KNVB. Ieder team dient een persoon als grensrechter beschikbaar te stellen.

3. Teams Teams die goedkeuring van hun nationale voetbalbond hebben gekregen zijn gerechtigd aan dit toernooi deel te nemen.

4. Teamleider Ieder team moet worden begeleid door een teamleider ouder dan 18 jaar. Zijn naam, adres en geboortedatum dienen op de spelerslijst te worden vermeld. De teamleider is verantwoordelijk voor het gedrag van de spelers, zowel op het sportcomplex als in andere accommodaties, die voor de deelnemers beschikbaar zijn gesteld.

6. Controle De teamleider moet voor aanvang van het toernooi de spelerslijst waarop per speler naam, geboortedatum en rugnummer zijn vermeld, op het toernooi-secretariaat overhandigen. Alle spelers dienen in het bezit te zijn van een officieel legitimatiebewijs dat op elk moment getoond moet kunnen worden. Dezelfde speler mag tijdens het gehele toernooi slechts in één team spelen.

Indien meerdere teams een gelijk aantal punten hebben behaald, wordt de rangschikking als volgt bepaald: 1.doelsaldo; 2.hoogst aantal gescoorde goals; 3. uitslag onderlinge wedstrijd; 4. loting volgens de richtlijnen van de FIFA.

9. Plaatsing - vervolgronden Bij gelijkspel worden strafschoppen genomen volgens de regels van de Internationale Football Association Board van de FIFA.

11. Spelerslijst en reservespelers Voor de wedstrijd overhandigt de teamleider de scheidsrechter de spelerslijst inclusief reservespelers. Per wedstrijd zijn alle 5 spelers (inclusief 1 keeper) van de maximaal 5 op de spelerslijst genoemde reserves inzetbaar. Bij de U11 categorie kan onbeperkt gewisseld worden.

12. Tenues Indien vóór aanvang van een wedstrijd naar het oordeel van de scheidsrechter de clubkleuren van beide teams te weinig verschillen, is de eerstgenoemde vereniging verplicht te spelen in een tenue van afwijkende kleur.

13. Disciplinaire maatregelen Indien een speler uit het veld is gestuurd (rode kaart) of een waarschuwing (gele kaart) heeft gekregen, zal de scheidsrechter de toernooicommissie direct na de wedstrijd hierover informeren. Een speler, die uit het veld is gestuurd of 2 officiële waarschuwingen heeft gekregen, wordt voor de volgende wedstrijd uitgesloten. Alle rapporten over wangedrag zullen door de toernooiorganisator naar de nationale voetbalbond worden gestuurd die deze rapporten zal doorsturen naar de betreffende andere nationale bonden. In geval van poulewedstrijden zullen alle resultaten van een team ongeldig verklaard worden, indien: - dat team zonder geldige reden niet op tijd aanwezig is; - dat team met een niet gerechtigde speler uitkomt; - door wangedrag van de spelers van dat team de scheidsrechter besluit de wedstrijd te staken. In de tussen- en eindronden, indien géén sprake is van poulewedstrijden, verliest in de hierboven genoemde gevallen het betreffende team automatisch met 0-3.

14. Protesten Protesten met betrekking tot beslissingen van de scheidsrechters zijn niet mogelijk. Protesten met betrekking tot andere aangelegenheden moeten uiterlijk 15 minuten na afloop van de wedstrijd door de teamleider bij de toernooicommissie schriftelijk worden ingediend. De toernooicommissie besluit tevens over aangelegenheden waarin dit reglement niet voorziet. Het besluit van de toernooicommissie is bindend.

15. Wedstrijdprogramma De toernooicommissie heeft het recht om in geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden, het wedstrijdprogramma te wijzigen.

16. Aansprakelijkheid De deelnemende clubs zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor een adequate verzekering van de spelers. De organisatoren en Euro-Sportring zijn niet aansprakelijk voor persoonlijk letsel en verlies of diefstal van eigendommen van de deelnemers.

TOURNAMENT RULES MAASTRICHT TROPHY 1. Rules All matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the game as laid down by the International Football Association Board, as issued by FIFA and in accordance with the rules of the K.N.V.B. The organising clubs, as mentioned above, have received the necessary permission to host the tournament from the K.N.V.B. The organising clubs form an organising committee (tournament committee) which is responsible for all arrangements in connection with the tournament.

2. Referees All matches are controlled by referees affiliated to the K.N.V.B. Each team must designate one person to act as linesman.

3. Teams Teams that are approved by their national football association are entitled to participate in this tournament.

4. Team Leader Every team must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age). The name, address and date of birth of this adult must be printed clearly on his team's registration sheet. This adult is deemed to be the team leader and he is responsible for behaviour of his players, both within the sports complex and in all other facilities that are available to the group.

5. 6. Age control Prior to commencement of the tournament the team leader must submit, to the tournament committee, a registration sheet which contains the full name, date of birth and shirt number of every player in his team. All players must be able to provide proof of their age and identity, which must be presented upon demand at any time. The same player may participate in only one team during the whole tournament.

8. Placing matches - Preliminary rounds The order of ranking of the teams in the preliminary rounds will be determined by the number of points attained. The points system applied will be: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss. Whenever several teams are level on points in their group the order of ranking will be determined as follows: 1. goal difference; 2. most goals scored; 3. the result of the mutual match; 4. the drawing of lots, according to the rules of the FIFA.

9. Placing matches - Intermediate rounds In the event of a draw, penalty kicks will be taken in accordance with the system laid down by the International Football Association Board of the FIFA to determine the winner.

11. Team sheets and Substitutions Prior to each game, the team leader must hand to the referee a teamsheet which give each player's name, number and date of birth (including substitutions). During a game, all five players (including one goalkeeper) of the 5 named substitutes listed on the teamsheet can be brought into action. In case of categories U12 and U11 "free" substitutions are allowed during the whole game.

12. Team shirts Every team is obliged to bring a second choice strip of contrasting colour. If, according to the referee, before the start of the match, the colours are too similar then the team mentioned first in the programme must change their colours.

13. Discipline When a player is sent from the field or is given a caution, the tournament committee will be notified immediately after the match by the referee. Any player who has been sent off the field or has received two official cautions is excluded from their team's next game. All misconduct reports the tournament committee will be forwarded by the respective the National Association of the host club who will forward these reports to the National Associations concerned. In case of groupmatches (= placing matches - preliminary rounds) all results of a team will be rendered invalid in the following cases: - if that team is late for the game without a valid reason; - if that team uses a player, who is not entitled to play; - if the referee has to abandon game due to misconduct of players of that team. In the intermediate - and final rounds not being groupmatches, the team concerned shall loose the match automatically in the above mentioned instances, with a result of 0-3 goals.

14. Protests The referee’s decision in all matters concerning points of play shall be final and binding. Therefore protests in these matters are not accepted. All other protests should be made only by responsible team leader to the tournament committee no later than 15 minutes after the end of the match. The tournament committee's decision on all protests is final and binding. The tournament committee also decides in cases not foreseen in these tournament rules.

15. Schedule The tournament committee has the right to alter the competition schedule, should unforeseen circumstances occur.

16. Responsibility It is the responsibility of each team to make sure that adequate insurance cover is provided for their players. The tournament organisers and Euro-Sportring are not responsible for damage to, loss and/or theft of possessions or equipment of the participants or clubs. The organisers are also not responsible for personal harm or injury to the participants.

TURNIER REGLEMENT MAASTRICHT TROPHY 1. Reglement Die Spiele werden gemäss den Vorschriften der International Football Association Board der FIFA rund der Satzung des Königlichen Niederländischen Fussball Bundes abgehalten. Der obenerwähnte Turnierveranstalter hat die erforderliche Genehmigung zur Turnieraustragung von dem K.N.V.B. erhalten. Der Turnierveranstalter hat eine Turnierkommission einberufen, die für die gesamte Turnierabwicklung verantwortlich ist.

2. Schiedsrichter Die Spiele werden von Schiedsrichter, angeschlossen beim K.N.V.B., geleitet. Jede Mannschaft muss eine Person als Linienrichter zur Verfügung stellen.

3. Mannschaften Mannschaften die die Genehmigung ihres Fussballbundes erhalten haben sind zur Teilnahme an diesem Turnier berechtigt.

4. Teamleiter Jede Mannschaft muss begleitet sein von einem Teamleiter, der älter sein muss als 18 Jahren. Dessen Name, Adresse rund Geburtsdatum sind auf der Spielerliste zu erwähnen. Der Teamleiter ist verantwortlich für das Benehmen der Spieler, nicht nur am Sportgelände, sondern auch an anderen Aufenthalt stellen die den Teilnehmern zur Verfügung stehen.

Alle Spieler müssen im Besitze sein von einem offizielen Personalsausweis, der zu jedem Moment vorzulegen ist. Der gleiche Spieler darf während des ganzen Turniers bloss in einer Mannschaft mitmachen.

11. Spiele Vor jedem Spiel übermittelt der Teamleiter dem schiedsrichter eine Spielerliste worauf auch die Ersatzspieler eingetragen sind. Pro Spiel sind alle 5 Spieler (einschl. 1 Torwart) der maximal 5 genannten Ersatzspieler auf der Spielerliste einsatzfähig. Bei der U12 und U11 Jugend ist fliegender Wechsel während des ganzen Spieles erlaubt.

12. Trikots Jeder Verein soll ein sich deutlich von den Vereinsfarben unterscheidendes Ersatztrikot mitbringen. Wenn vor Spielanfang der Schiedsrichter entscheidet, dass die Vereinsfarben der Mannschaften sich zuviel gleichen, so soll der erstgenannte Verein im Ersatztrikot spielen.

13. Disziplinarmassnahmen Falls ein Spieler vom Feld verwiesen worden ist oder eine Verwarnung bekommen hat, wird der Schiedsrichter die Turnierkommission sofort nach dem Spiel darüber in Kenntnis setzen. Ein Spieler der vom Platz verwiesen worden ist oder zwei offizielle Verwarnungen erhalten hat, wird für das nächste Spiel gesperrt. Alle Berichte bezüglich Fehlverhalten werden vom Turnierveranstalter an den nationalen Fußballverband geschickt, der diese berichte an die dies-bezüglichen anderen nationalen Verbände weiterleiten wird. Im Falle von Gruppenspielen werden alle Ergebnisse Einer Mannschaft ungültig erklärt, falls: - die betreffende Mannschaft ohne wichtigen Grund nicht rechtzeitig beim Spiel anwesend ist; - die betreffende Mannschaft mit einem nicht berechtigten Spieler gespielt hat; - der Schiedsrichter den Beschluss fasst das Spiel wegen schlechtem Benehmen der Spieler der betreffende Mannschaft abzubrechen. In den Zwischen- rund Endrunden (wenn es sich nicht handelt um Gruppenspiele) verliert in den oben erwähnten Fällen die betreffende Mannschaft mit 0-3. 14. Einsprüche Einsprüche in Bezug auf Entscheidungen des Schiedsrichters sind nicht möglich. Einsprüche in Bezug auf sonstige Angelegenheiten müßen spätestens 15 Minuten nach dem Spiel vom Teamleiter beim Turnierausschuß schriftlich eingereicht werden. Der Turnierausschuß entscheidet ebenfalls über Angelegen-heiten die im Reglement nicht vorgesehen sind. Die Entscheidungen des Turnier-ausschußes sind bindend.

15. Spielplan Der Turnierausschuss hat das Recht den Spielplan im Falle von unvorgesehenen Umständen abzuändern.

16. Haftung Die teilnehmenden Vereine sind selbst verantwortlich für eine angemessene Versicherung der Spieler. Der Veranstalter rund Euro-Sportring haften nicht für Personenschaden rund Sachbeschädigungen bzw. das Abhandenkommen von Besitztümern der Teilnehmer.

REGLEMENT TOURNOI MAASTRICHT TROPHY 1. Règlement Les matches seront disputés selon les règlements de la FIFAet de la Fédération Royale Néerlan-daise de Football (K.N.V.B.) L'organisateur de tournoi sus-nommé a obtenu l’homologation pour la mise en oeuvre de sa manifestation de la part de la K.N.V.B. L'organisateur de tournoi désigne une commission Exécutive. Cette commission est seule responsable du déroulement du tournoi.

2. Arbitrage Les matches sont dirigés par des arbitres,qui sont affilié à la K.N.V.B. Chaque équipe doit désigner une personne comme arbitre de touche.

3. Équipes La participation à ce tournoi est réservée aux équipes en possession de l'homologation de leur fédération nationale de football.

4. Dirigent d'équipe Chaque équipe devra être accompagnée par un dirigeant d'équipe de plus de 18 ans. Son nom, adresse et date de naissance devront être mentionnés sur la liste de joueurs. Le dirigeant d'equipe ets responsable du comportement des joueurs, aussi bien sur l'enceinte sportive que dans d'autres locaux, qui sont mis à la disposition des participants.

6. Contrôle Le dirigeant d'équipe devra, avant le tournoi, remettre au secrétariat du tournoi la liste des joueurs avec joueur le nom, la date de naissance et son numéro de maillot. Chaque joueur doit disposer d'une pièce d'indentité officielle et la remettre lorsque celle-ci est demandée à titre de contrôle. Pendant le tournoi entier le même joueur ne peut participer que dans une seule équipe.

Si 2 ou plusieurs équipes obtiennent le même nombre de points le réglement suivant sera appliqué: 1. la différence entre les buts marqués; 2. les buts encaissés sur l'ensemble des matchs; 3. le résultat de la rencontre ayant opposé les 2 équipes à départager; 4. dans le cas où il n'y aurait pas la possibilité de départager des équipes, il sera procédé à un tirage au sort, suivant les règles de la FIFA.

9. 2ème tour de classement En cas d'égalité, des pénaltys seront tirés suivant les règles fixées par la FIFA.

11. Joueurs et remplaçants Avant chaque match le dirigeant d'équipe remet à l'arbitre la liste des joueurs y compris les remplaçants chaque équipe est autorisée à faire jouer le nombre maximum de 5 remplaçants (inclus un gardien de but) figurant sur la feuille de match. Lors de matches de la catégories U12 et U11, les remplacements continus sont autorisés pendant la totalité du match.

12. Tenues Chaque club doit avoir une tenue de réserve aux couleurs différentes de la première tenue. Si, avant le début d'un match, l'arbitre juge que les couleurs des maillots des 2 équipes ne se différencient pas suffisamment, le premier club appelé devra jouer sous une autre couleur.

13. Des mésures disciplinaires Tout joueur averti ou expulsé sera immédiatement rapporté à la Commission du tournoi dès la fin de la rencontre. Un joueur expulsé ou un joueur qui a reçu 2 avertissements officiels sera suspendu pour le premier match suivant. Tous les rapports de mauvaise conduite seront expédié à la fédération nationale laquelle en informera les autres fédérations concernées. En cas de matches de poule tous les résultats d'une équipe seront considérés comme nuls si: - cette équipe ne se présente pas à temps avant un match sans raison valable; - cette équipe joue avec un joueur non-licencié; - l'arbitre arrête le match par mauvaise conduite des joueurs de cette équipe. Pendant la 2ème tour de classification et les finales (quand il ne s'agit pas de matchs de poule). L’équipe en question, dans les cas mentionnés cidessus perdra le match automatiquement avec résultat 0-3. 14. Réclamations Les décisions de l'arbitre sont sans appel. Les réclamations hors du ressort arbitral devront être déposées au plus tard 15 min. après match et ce par écrit. La commission du tournoi tranche également dans les cas non-répartoriés ci-dessus, ses décisions sont sans appel.

15. Programme de matches En cas de circonstances non prévues, la commission de tournoi a le droit de changer le programme des matches.

16. Responsabilité Les clubs participants sont eux-mêmes responsables pour une assurance adéquate des joueurs. Les organisateurs et Euro-Sportring se dégagent de toute responsabilité en cas de détérioration, de blessure personelle et disparition ou perte de tout objet.

Onder het motto: “samen staan we sterk” willen we letterlijk hiervoor de handen in elkaar slaan tijdens de openings-ceremonie op vrijdag 7 juni om 19.30 uur op en rond het hoofdveld van vv SCM. De spreker zal een oproep doen om degenen die naast u staan bij de hand te nemen. We verzoeken iedereen om gehoor te geven aan deze oproep zodat we allemaal samen een heel groot gebaar kunnen maken. “You never walk alone” is ons motto bij zowel RKVVL/Polaris en vv SCM, zou het ons lukken om dit gevoel door te geven aan meer dan 1.000 mensen en op deze manier te laten zien dat wij gezamenlijk staan voor: “RESPECT EN NEE TEGEN RACISME” Alvast dank voor de medewerking!
