Dear Jamaal,

Remember Me?

It’s Mary! Runner, musician, aspiring PR professional, and all around glass-is-half-full girl.

When I said I think I would do a great job as Communications Coordinator at the Kirwan Institute, I wasn’t lying…

Kirwan Institute is looking for…

Someone who is dedicated.4 Internships4 extracurricular activitiesScholars studentStudy abroad participantCountless volunteer hoursLots of coffee

Someone who is dedicated.

I interned with SBC Advertising during Winter quarter 2012, and came back in the Spring when they asked me to.

And didn’t get paid a penny.

Someone who is dedicated.I held 3 leadership positions in PRSSA…

At the same time.

Someone who works hard.“I have known Ms. Sundermeier since September 2011 and

have seen first-hand her ability to meet customer needs, positive attitude, creativity, and flexibility. Throughout our work together, Ms. Sundermeier always conducted herself with a high level of professionalism. Additionally, Ms. Sundermeier worked with our staff on a consistent basis in relation to making our materials flexible to meet a variety of audiences including parents, youth, OSU faculty and staff, and the general public. Her flexibility was one of her greatest assets to our work together.”

-Rebecca Wade-Mdivanian, LiFE Sports Director

Someone who can write.

“Mary is a strong writer. She can tackle many complex issues and write about them in a way any audience could understand.”
