Transcript of Aerospace meets Health - NAG€¦ · 12:30 Aanvang met Inlooplunch 13:00 Start workshop: welkom,...

• De NAG heeft met ondersteuning van Berenschot deze cross-sector bijeenkomst

‘Aerospace meets Health’ georganiseerd

• Dit is de tweede sessie in de serie, volgend op cross-over sessie Aerospace en

Oil&Gas

• In deze sessie worden vanuit ontwikkelingen in de health en aerospace sector met

elkaar gebrainstormd over mogelijke cross-overs

• Als resultaat op de sessie zal een selectie van de deelnemers verzameld in een

comité in een vervolgsessie actieplannen uitwerken en daarmee nieuwe business

genereren

4

Doel en aanpak van ‘Aerospace meets Health’

NAG cross-sector bijeenkomst

Op zoek gaan naar cross-over

onderwerpen waarin kennis van de

ene sector nieuwe inzichten oplevert

voor de andere sector, leidend tot

nieuwe business opportunities.

Processen Systemen Productie

Als eerste zullen sprekers inspiratie

geven voor mogelijke

samenwerkingen tussen beide

sectoren.

Resultaat

De ultieme cross-over…

Orbis is a non-governmental organization based in New York that operates

the world's only flying eye hospital, travelling to remote corners of the globe

to spread surgical knowledge and skills in the field of ophthalmology to local

doctors.

Designing High quality systems

Quality issues are largely caused by the following root causes.

These root causes are prevented by early experience testing, Systems Engineering, Analysis and Simulation and E2E Competence, supported by content reviews.

# Root cause Prevention

1 Good proposition, poor experience Early experience testing.

2 Missing requirements Systems Engineering using DOORS data model.

3 Poor design choice checking Design Analysis and Simulation, supported by Design Reviews (FMEA’s).

4 Poor detail design Detail design competence, supported by Design Reviews.

5 Poor manufacturing process validation Process engineering competence, process analysis and simulation, supported by Process Reviews.

Architecture is build with proven functions & known transfer functions

Requires a.o. :

• The technology choices are used as input for the architecture choices

• The CPA process is tuned to the AD process. They can be executed in one project.

• Detailing & documentation of the platform elements and interfaces goes together with first implementation of these in the NPDL

• Relevant platform requirements are managed within the first NPDL (Doors)

• For next NPDL projects “design-in” requirements are specified to assure reuse of the platform

Requires a.o.:

• Continuous check that the elements and interfaces are optimized towards applicability over the whole platform, and not towards the first product only: Platform architect secures re-usability Product architect focuses on product

• Platform governance in place to manage change requests over the lifetime of the platform

Limits in overlap: • PAS before PI • PAD before PDC

• Technical solutions & transfer functions evaluated • Architecture strategy defined Limit in overlap:

• PI can’t be before VPD
