It’s 7 AM. The sun barely daring to set on my face , hardly trying to go behind the curtains into my room. As I lay down in my bed sleeping peacefully , all of the sudden my alarm clock starts to ring. I woke up like I was dreaming about and happily I wanted to get dressed and go to my dream job .I’m glad that in 2022 ,I finally accomplished to get my dream job in my dream company .For starters my job isn’t only my job . Is a part of my life. Everyone is different .Some of them likes to write stories , to draw, to calculate, to teach others, to heal , to be accomplice with laws , to lead a company , and many others occupations, but for me working as a general manager at a biggest business company offers me a high satisfaction.I work as a general manager at a biggest business company that supervises the major problems of the society .This company is large and it has at least 200 people working in it and it does a lot of good to society .It’s a view of the future where health, comunication , justice and transaction can be monitorised and verified , so the results of a transparent company will be the key to success. My company has 20 floors , that are grouped by each department : health (hospitals, medical insurances),agricultural markets, education,cities investment, supervision of the taxes and donations that are made by personal investors. The place of my business corporation is in United Kingdom , a city where all the possibilities become true. As usual I get up at 7 o’clock, I have breakfast with my family after that I take my car keys and I go to the office. Like always traffic is hellish and I try hard to keep my composure. My working day starts at 8:30 AM, and it ends not earlier than 7.

Meanwhile i arrived at the company. I park the car and I go ahead to the building. Then I consult with my assistant who will inform me of the day’s meetings with various business people. One of the most important objectives as a manager is to have a good team at work ,otherwise you may end up with a lot of tasks to be solved which should not be done by you. Management is to make decisions and have time for it. Every day begins with reading e-mails, online media, newspapers, and checking my schedule for that day. So far there hasn’t been a day that we share at least one meeting , or a video-conference per day. As usual I like spending more than half of my time working at new ideas, strategies that can help me to improve the quality of the services. Talking with customers , getting feedback even if those aren’t always favorable from here you can get ideas to become better . Although sometimes the language is a barrier , I like talking to customers, so I know where we are. If my schedule allows me , I can afford to take a break for 60 minutes, which I spend it at the restaurant from the ground floor, when I have the opportunity to reflect on the tasks and discussions that I had it in that day. Then, back to office I open my laptop or if I am busy I use my IPhone to ckeck my e-mail and my linkedln account. To evening , I look satisfied to the wonderful view where you can see a beautiful image of the city , and I reflect to my achievements if they were successfully or not, which is the biggest outcome at the end of the day.

A typical company of the future is an imposing building, grand, with a safe supportive , walls are from glass, conference rooms are equipped with the newest technologies ,the furniture is from solid wood , in general modern working conditions.At the ground floor is a reception ,a small restaurant for employees , a gym and a swimming for relaxation if you want to used it is opened untill 10 PM, and some kind of kindergarten for employees’ kids .Each floor has lots of offices , that are distributed in every department., and as well each office is equipped with a computer for finding out the news , for reading the e-mail, and for making contact in due time with others departments or with our clients from abroad. Our company wants to listen to the needs of people, trying to find the best way of solving their problems. In this way every department receives letters of recommendations or complaints from the workers there. They analyze them and come up with solutions.We are not interested only to make money , we want to help people., to offer them choices , to feel that someone is there to guide them .Our department of IT works hard nowadays to find out , new softwares , and economic modeling to create the best programs existing ever.

Companies will attract top talents by giving them the opportunity to work in a place that offers you safety, material things, working environment with exceptional conditions, with quality people and possibility to be listened and to be motivated all the time. The youth with a passion in one domain wants to become successful, so they work hard to obtain things. For this you as a company should offer them some material things, in order not to make them think about living day by day. So , the company should offer them cars, mobile-phones , medical insurances, lunch tickets , free charge business trips around the country , conferences when you can meet influential people , depending on the achievement made , the company will give bonuses and the chance to be advanced. So ,if you puts all the efforts and you know what you want in life , and you work harder to obtain what you wish , you will become what you dreamed of.

For the prosperity of the world, the sectors that will dominate are entrepreneurship , education, medical facilities and last but not least technology. People don’t realize but nowadays technology plays a important role in our society.The relationship is based on the simple fact that we need to be heard , to be seen. To do something significant. How these are basic needs and seeking man , try to fill this gap with something outside of us , with technology. We live in the century consumer and existing technology can change how to relate to the outside world.Technology will make us feel so good that it will solve all the problems. Foreign investments make an essential contribution to economic growth because they optimize resources, enabling transfer and stimulate trade. All of those sectors will be located in the centre of the town , in order to be accessed by everyone . My dream job doesn’t exist only in my imagination . The idea to find out exactly what I would like to do , I built the whole plain , market strategy , even the financial side. To establish this company, I decided together with a ex-colleague to become business partners, to join our forces and to realize this project that I was sure it will be a success in the market. For this I made a loan at the bank, and with a few sponsors our dream was about to be realized.

As we know , to have many skills , knowledge, passions may help you to obtain easier a job. So we should enumerate some fundamental traits: the ability to listen, write and speak effectively, a successful communication is critical in business , as a knowledge that is asked by almost all the companies nowadays is to have a basic understanding of computer hardware and software , especially word processing , spreadsheets and email, flexibility , adaptability , managing multiple priorities , deals with your ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, planning/organizing , deals with your ability to design , plan , organize , and implement projects and tasks within, also involves goal-setting ,problem solving /reasoning/creativity, find solutions to problems using your creativity and past experiences along with the available information and resources, teamwork . Education must provide a strong instrument for reducing poverty and improving health, gender stability. In the higher education , all students are expected and encouraged to think rigourously , understand and appreciate the craft of scholarship and research, demonstrate interest in and a capacity to make a difference in post secundary ducation. They must be actively committed to diversity.Students must contribute in a meaningful and distinctive way to the overall developments of the profession. It’s very important for the universities to provide different programs which will help students to improve their capacity to deal with their future jobs.

There must be a well developed program which will combine theory with practice in order to prepare students for a future occupation because they will learn by practicing.On the other hand , students have the chance to get more familiar with the craft they want to fallow if their would be internships also during the semester or at the end of it.Great for universities would be partnerships between them and different profile companies where a freshman could practice and then stick to it if she is good enough.Students should always have the opportunity to be active participants in their education , they must realize their full potential as human beings. Universities should focus more on developing reasoning , problem solving and researching skills.

A perfect day at school/faculty for me would be a day when I wake up , and I go to faculty where I get to interact with a dynamic and enthusiastic team of colleagues /classmates and teachers with whom I have a great friendship relationship. After one or two hours of active presentation where students have to be directly involved and each one of them should present their point of view in order to make them think and express thoughts ,there should be a short break and team work.In this way , every colleague will fulfill from the beginning a well established role depending on his/hers abilities , knowledges, competences or previous experiences.

In a business sitting accounting techniques may be used to provide solutions to the problems taken into consideration, because when you think together ideas come easily. This method is great from many points of view: •it helps students to know each other better;•serves them to develop new skills ;

Students can in this way :•explain their own ideas;•express their feelings in an open but non-threatening way;•listen carefully to others;

•ask questions to clarify others ideas and emotions;•can sense how others feel based on their nonverbal communication ;•reflect on the activities and interactions of their group and encourage other group members to do it as well (support, trust and self-disclosure, respect);

All this facts help students to become successful employees in the years to come by university.

In conclusion, studies as a school or faculty can help students a lot, with their schedule, offering as well counseling sessions with a psychologist , who can advise you, a proper education obtained through studies, and the chance to participate at some internships.
