TEAM BUILDING PROPOSAL

Team building is a collective term for various types of activities used to enhance social

relations and define roles within teams, often involving collaborative tasks.

Teamwork between employers, managers and employees in different employment levels is

crucial in the workplace. Miscommunication between these departments often results in

disruptive working conditions that can place unnecessary pressure on employers.

Without specialized assistance to better the four pillars of an effective team, i.e.

Communication, Positivity, Focus and trust, employers are often exposed to huge financial

risks when having to deal with unproductive employees or even labor disputes.

team building, and adventure team building. Stejos hands on and comprehensive team

Form the longest line possible / tallest tower possible

Sack race / Balloon race:

Jump in, jump out game

Talking in circle. Tied String to form a circle when in groups then they for shapes e.g.

Rectangle, triangle, and oval circle.
