Sothi Sothimaheswaran has joined the

board of Qubic Group plc as Financial

Director. Sothi joined the Qubic in 2008

as Financial Controller and has

contributed to company's growth and

stability during the intervening period.

Sothi brings more than 25 years'

experience in financial management for

small and medium size businesses at

board level to the position. He has

extensive knowledge and experience at

operational and strategic level in both

service and commercial business

environments and his honesty, integrity

and tenacity will continue to be major

assets to the company.

Sothi is an ACMA, CGMA (Chartered

Global Management Accountant) and

his career history includes Financial

Director for Jakar international Ltd, a

wholesale distribution company and

management accountant for Canning

International, a major training and

consultancy firm.
